What are you looking for?" No welcome, no courtesy, no basic customer service. I believe the person was the owner, an older bald gentleman. I asked for women's pants, and apparently there are basically zero options for women. He went to the back, grabbed one pair, and said, "Here, this is all we got." That was it. Nothing displayed, no options to browse, and absolutely no effort to help. It's honestly impressive how quickly a business can lose a potential customer. People walk into stores because they want to spend their money not because they're asking for a favor. If you're going to run a retail business, basic respect and customer service should be a given.
