Going into this studio for the first time, I had no idea what to expect. I don't keep up with the…read moreseemingly endless workout styles out there, and having never been graceful, like ballet dancers, this wouldn't have even made it on my list. Over the years, I've tried pilates, Insanity, yoga, and random YouTube dance videos; and only yoga seems to stick, although the results I get with yoga are more mental than anything. There are many positives though for people who can afford it, so I encourage you to seek this out for great results!
