From the moment I arrived, MANSOUR treated my car with extreme care, caution, and attention to detail. When you have a brand-new car, you're very particular about who you trust with it, and MANSOUR made me feel completely comfortable. He treated my GLC Coupe as if it were his own. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. He made an already gorgeous car look even better--sleek, elegant, and golden! Beyond the quality of his work, MANSOUR is extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes pride in what he does. The drive from Glendale to Reseda was 100% worth it. I would recommend MANSOUR over and over again without hesitation. If you care about your car and want someone who will treat it with the same level of care that you do, MANSOUR is your guy. For me, Master Protection Films really stood out for several reasons. When I first inquired about a full wrap + ceramic coating, Zami responded quickly, and asked if I preferred a traditional PPF or satin look. I'm not familiar with how satin looks, especially on white, but Zami sent pics of an ES the team had worked on and it looked amazing, so I chose that. Zami provided the quote, and I went with it. Zami, Miras and the team delivered - they gave a week timeline, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked like a totally different car. Satin white was definitely the right call, so thank you Zami for providing examples. Pricing is great, especially with the results; what really stood out was the level of after care. Zami asked me to come back a week after pickup for a full inspection. Miras and the team looked over all the lines and seams, and fixed minor imperfections and areas that bothered me. Since getting my car back, I've contacted Zami about small areas I've found that were bugging me, and she and the team always told me to come by and they'd fix it up. Other places would tell you to take a hike, but not MPF. I'll be taking my future cars to them!

Unfortunately, the installation had multiple issues: *The front windshield showed visible damage (Photo A) noticeable from the driver's seat. *The sunroof was poorly installed with similar defects. *The headliner was soaked with dirty water, leaving permanent stains once dry. *One side window had a bubble with dirt trapped underneath. After raising these concerns, the owner agreed to redo the work. We decided to upgrade the front windshield to 3M Crystalline, and he assured me the installation would be flawless. However, weeks went by with no response until I mentioned posting a review. Only then did the owner reply and confirm he would order the tint. Following further delays, I returned for the reinstallation. This time, I was charged an additional $400 for the Crystalline film--even though the workmanship was again substandard, with scratches clearly visible from a distance (Photo B). While I was willing to share the cost if the work was properly completed, the result was still unacceptable. This business does not know how to properly tint windows. I regret trusting them with the first new car I have ever purchased. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Photos attached for reference.
