QT'S are the bomb, the stores are always clean, the attendants are always nice and helpful, The gas island is always up and running, no broken gas pumps. They both have their ups and downs. I did a cursory look around, and finding that there wasn't any in their first aid/utilities section, asked the attendant. He sneered at me and said "what? Sanitizer? Like for you?" I said yes and he still looked at me in disbelief. I quickly realized that he thought I was asking for some from perhaps his personal bottle and politely corrected him. He then said I don't know. It's a 500 sq ft store, how do you not know. The other attendant was slightly more helpful saying there was some behind the counter for sale. The other attendant then said yeah there's some right here, as if I should have looked behind the counter on the floor at a small bucket that had a few. The bucket was labeled 0.99 but they rang it up as $3.80. I mentioned that it said 0.99 but they insisted it was $3.80 for a personal sanitizer tube. I didn't want to go else where that night to get some, so I was pretty resigned at that point to overpaying. I asked them to hold on for a second and went to grab a coffee from the fridge nearest to the counter. The attendant then yelled "yo bro! What! You gonna buy this or not?". Incredulously I looked back and replied, again politely, that I mentioned hold on as I was just getting a coffee. They both looked at each other annoyed and then she mentioned that she thought I was going to leave. Again, this is a 500 sq ft store. I had moved 5.5 ft, where would I be going? I hadn't made my purchase. I quickly paid and filled up and left. If it weren't so close I wouldn't have come here. I will probably suck it up and go to a different station before returning home or wait until I'm further away at another station. Will NOT be returning.

I really appreciate that the cups aren't filled all the way to the brim when you get hot coffee it leaves perfect space to add your own milk, creamer, or whatever you like without spilling everywhere. Super thoughtful touch. A lot of the flavored options lean pretty sweet, so I wish there were a few less-sugary or unsweetened choices for us non-sweet-tooth folks. But overall, the coffee is solid, the variety is fun, the prices are excellent (way cheaper than big coffee chains), and it's so convenient when you're on the go. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick caffeine fix. Highly recommend checking it out!

Mood- Drinkables…read more After quite the adventure it was time to get some needed items. Drinkables and snacks of course. Whenever I am in the area I always come to this store. I guess I am a creature of habit and familiarity. Upon entering was greeted with great customer service. The gentleman behind the counter is always pleasant when I come in, so this was a nice reminder of why I choose this store. Honestly I have been coming to this store for about 14 years. And it has never skipped a bit with the customer service aspect. Interior was very clean. All with the goodies that anyone could possibly want. However my highlight was that Blackberry Smash tea. I have never seen this before, until I came in this day. Plus my normal doughtnuts ect. They have a wide variety of pre-made snacks and deli type items. Plus a plethora of whatever else you may need. Would def recommend - pricing is typical for a convenient store. However the petrol is always very reasonable. But then again I am always in Nevada or Cali so our prices are naturally higher. Unfortunately had an experience bad enough to post about from this location. Went in for two subs…read moreand a grilled cheese tonight while during a decent business push but nothing beyond the ordinary around 9pm. I had time to grab a few items with my son as normal after placing a food order and then proceeded to the food counter to wait for my order. The food attendant called my order as "two subs", so I checked the bag to confirm the grilled cheese was in there but found it wasn't. I let the attendant know and advised him to take his time to make sure the cheese was melted, as I had issues with that in the past at and let him know that I was not in any rush. The gentleman politely did it as I asked and I confirmed our order. Unfortunately found both subs had been made with incorrect meats and toppings (pretty much a mix up of both Sammie's on each) upon returning home. I had to return to the qt just before food closed down around 9:45 to ask for them to remake my sandwiches and just advisers them That I was wanting the correct sandwiches and not a refund or money. The attendant who had served me and tried to send me on my way without my order originally was very visibly annoyed, which is abnormal for this business/location. I did advise him that I just wanted the sandwiches made correctly and no refund, but his response was very disappointing and acted if I was causing him an inconvenience for having to come back to the store for my food. Fortunately, had my receipt and both subs present besides the grilled cheese that I fed to my son prior to having to come back. Asked for the manager who was too quickly gracious with a refund, but I had advised him upfront I didn't want the refund and just wanted to make sure the subs were made correct. Received my subs not-toasted due to them shutting of the ovens off and one of them being out of spinach "now" although the wrong sandwich had them on them prior. Left fairly unsatisfied still as the manager pretty much just accepted that they didn't have what they needed to do the job. Feel bad for the associates, but upset with my wasted my time/gas. Not that QT needs the business, but I won't be back and will advise against the closest qt that I normally used daily.
