I did a cursory look around, and finding that there wasn't any in their first aid/utilities section, asked the attendant. He sneered at me and said "what? Sanitizer? Like for you?" I said yes and he still looked at me in disbelief. I quickly realized that he thought I was asking for some from perhaps his personal bottle and politely corrected him. He then said I don't know. It's a 500 sq ft store, how do you not know. The other attendant was slightly more helpful saying there was some behind the counter for sale. The other attendant then said yeah there's some right here, as if I should have looked behind the counter on the floor at a small bucket that had a few. The bucket was labeled 0.99 but they rang it up as $3.80. I mentioned that it said 0.99 but they insisted it was $3.80 for a personal sanitizer tube. I didn't want to go else where that night to get some, so I was pretty resigned at that point to overpaying. I asked them to hold on for a second and went to grab a coffee from the fridge nearest to the counter. The attendant then yelled "yo bro! What! You gonna buy this or not?". Incredulously I looked back and replied, again politely, that I mentioned hold on as I was just getting a coffee. They both looked at each other annoyed and then she mentioned that she thought I was going to leave. Again, this is a 500 sq ft store. I had moved 5.5 ft, where would I be going? I hadn't made my purchase. I quickly paid and filled up and left. If it weren't so close I wouldn't have come here. I will probably suck it up and go to a different station before returning home or wait until I'm further away at another station. Will NOT be returning.

As I finished a woman came out to me from the store and told me that this is private property and she has been watching me "walking around" and this is private property . During this time I was around my car walking up and down as I was on the phone. I also took a picture of the STREET to better remember it, and I was told I can not do that either. I must say I did not know that in America on a private property ( gas station), one will be asked to leave for taking care of a15 minute phone call. This is a very bad area of town and this gas station and the store is very run down and needs a renovation, so I do understand that it attracts people who truly are just loitering and being there without a purpose. But it is very sad that normal people are asked to leave for nothing, for the fact that I took a phone call. I was planning to get my gas tank filled in my car here today after my meeting , for the fact that this gas station's gas prices are truly way cheaper than anywhere else in the area. In fact I used to come here a long time ago, when I used to live in the area. But after this experience I decided to get more expensive gas somewhere else, and it is worth for me to pay a few cents more just to be let alone in peace making my phone calls at a gas station. A tale of two experiences: great gas, but the store needs a major cleanup…read more This Circle K at 1264 N Litchfield Rd. is a mixed bag, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. On the one hand, the gas is consistently good, and for that alone, I would happily give it 5 stars. The pumps are efficient, and it's a reliable stop just for a fill-up. However, the in-store experience is another story. The moment you walk in, you get the feeling the employees don't really care about the store's condition. The soda machine is filthy, with bugs flying around, which makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the store. If the outside is that bad, you have to imagine what the ice machine attached to it looks like. I can only speak for the men's restroom, and it was just nasty. It makes you wonder where the supervision is--or the store manager, for that matter. The floor felt really sticky, too, making the entire visit uncomfortable. I hope management steps up and addresses the cleanliness issues because this could be a great location if the inside matched the quality of the gas.

First I believe that when you're reviewing stuff on yelp you have to compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges so you can't be comparing Circle K to Bristol Farms or other gourmet market. So this is a gas station and it convenient store and the question is how well this is due for both and I have to say that overall this place really does what it says. The gas is reasonably priced. The dispenser is in working condition. They have sufficient gas dispensers and they are in a convenient location. Now, let's go inside and see what they've got. Well the number one thing is the polar pop station where you can get a huge variety of soft drinks as well as icy drinks and shakes. The price on the soft drinks is ridiculously low and comes with that great crushed ice which is just what you need when it's 104° outside. They also have a good selection of bottled in canned drinks as well as snack items. I noticed that they also have a DVD machine outside as well as propane. They also have restrooms available at no charge. Overall, this place does but it's advertise to do and they do a nice job out of it and they do so with employees who are helpful and friendly.

Needing a few things to make the truck, me, and mine merry we gots to stop. How does one come to seek such convenience, look no further than my go to Yelp app. As I pull up the dog and twins jump for joy, we can get out now and stretch. My work takes me to all reaches of Arizona, Nevada, and parts of Southern California. Spending long hours driving from here to there and back again two or three times works up a hunger for not only the humans behind the wheel, but the puppies and ultimately our chariot. The truck gets to fill with some super premium gasoline that keeps us going and going. Before we can roll on, snacks await us inside. This is the basic convenient store with all the bells and whistles. We have ventured here about twice in the last month. Once you establish a pattern for where stuff is, it's the norm to go their when in that area. We are familiar and that's what keeps us coming back. While a lot of the feedback here is mostly negative on Yelp with the reviews, we want to share our experience to show that kindness does exist here. We all have those days, and individuals that work at gas stations seem to get the brunt of emotional outbursts from customers being unhappy with their lives. They seem to take their issues out on friendly cashiers that smile from behind the register. This takes such skills to be beat down and keep smiling. Big thumbs up to the employees that run this store. While we were shopping and getting our snack on I mention the customer service because of the stress the employees experience here with their customers. No one should be yelled at, we are all human and blessed all the same. The clerk handled herself with grace as a customer gave her the fourth degree why the gas pump would not work. The customer ended up having to move his car to another pump, but this poor cashier was called all those lovely things to make ones blood boil. We are not doormats and when things don't go out way, one can express those feelings without anger. The customer went storming off and slammed the door on his way out. The cashier when she got to us seemed sad and unhappy. We cracked a joke and got a smile from her. Look she smiled I said. Now check this out, I bet you just smiled too. This is how we change negative to positive and darkness to light. Pass the joy around. What screams more than happiness? Foods with holes in them. Let's here it for donuts. Yeah jump for joy. These are special magical Christmas donuts. They are delivered fresh to the store . They are so delicious. Mmm, we ended up with a dozen. The twins made sure that nothing went to waste. The coffee was fresh and strong for me. For littles there is a great coffee bar, if the littles are allowed. The hot cocoa is delicious and you are allowed to make your own. Mmmm, marshmallow deliciousness. In spite of the way the employees get treated, we are all human and bleed red. No one should be allowed to use anyone as a door mat. I would like to thank the staff here for conducting themselves in the "right" way, even though they were being yelled at. Props and rounds of applause to the cashier. I will continue to frequent this circle K in the future because of the staff's reactions to this incredible feet of human happiness. Pass blessings to all, we are all challenged every day.
