I…read morecame in with my new black thermos they started selling and it comes with 6 free refills and when I tried to use the coupon he didn't know what it was and said I only got 1 free refill when I bought the cup and he argued that 'he has been doing this for a long time'...well it doesn't seem like it's been long enough because I've been to multiple 7-Elevens and have NEVER had a problem presenting the coupon for my free refill. I told him to go open up one of the new mugs and check for himself but he didn't have any of them and told me to take it to the 7-Eleven in Seattle where I purchased it. I couldn't believe how rude he was and the lack of knowledge of what 7-Eleven promotes. I still walked out with my free coffee after going back and fourth with the cheapest and dumbest 7-Eleven owner in the world.

(Even thought they had effectively 3 to 4 hours to fill my script from hospital). They said no. So I'll just live with my problem and skip the recommended pharmaceuticals.
