Phở Thanh Na has new management, and they are genuinely working on making everything right for their customers. The food is really good for restaurant pho that is served to the general public, and they pair it with great customer service and a super welcoming vibe. If you want to support a hardworking local business that is pouring their heart into the place, make this your next lunch or dinner stop. Highly recommended!

I'm sure the new owners will do a great job, but for such a limited menu, I must say that I wish they had maintained the same recipes from the previous owners if the name of the restaurant is to remain the same. Specifically, the egg rolls are not as good as they used to be. They are serviceable, but not exceptional. But when compared to the previous egg rolls, my son and I were left a bit sad. I dunno if the oil changed or what, but they are completely different flavors and not as good. Also they were very oily even for a deep fried item. I hope once they settle in, they can consider that they bought a restaurant that the community loves and so changing recipes, even for something small like an egg roll, is enough to make us not order them anymore. The accommodation for our two young toddlers was unmatched! They brought their food our first to keep them busy, the bartender made them "fancy waters" (water and grenadine), interacted with them several times, and even split their blueberry lassie into two toddler cups without us asking them to do so. I have never felt so welcomed dining out with my toddlers. My 3 year old even said, "HE IS SO NICE!" as our server walked away. Our food was delicious! We ordered the tandoori chicken, paneer butter masala, garlic naan, and the pickle side dish. From the bar we had 2 tap beers and 2 cocktails. We ordered a lassie and some rice pudding for dessert. The kids each got their own order of nuggets and fries. Total was $97 before tip. Everything was so flavorful. My husband and I had pretty much a full meal of leftovers after eating dinner (besides rice which our toddlers ate). They even gave us extra rice to take home to complete our meal. We didn't feel like a burden with our kids or feel rushed at all. Hands down the best restaurant in Monroe!! We didn't have cash this time but it says 5% discount if you pay cash!

Nothing too grand and great but, if you want some fresh out the fryer doughnuts, they have it. The coffee is okay, I like a more robust tasting coffee roast and I feel like they use a more medium or light roast coffee. (not sure) The folks that work here get real busy and may get agitated by the time you get to put in your order. I am local here, so I see this often when I come and grab coffee. Its not bad where I have had too much experienced someone with an extremely bad attitude but we are human and have our days. The stand looks clean and well kept. I am not a big fan of the biscuits and gravy which they have here and I am not rating based off of that but I think it would be good to mention this for folks to know, it is not for me.
