Best place! 10/10. W worker gave amazing service and quick. Other gas stations nearby did not compare to their service!!

Got ripped off at the car wash!!! After asking the cashier if the car wash was working (he said yes), I got back in my truck and tried to enter, only to find a big out of order sign blocking the entrance. I walked back the store to get my money back and was told, no refunds! are you kidding me. BEWARE!!! read more

I go here pretty much every day. I won't go back. For the third night in a row the clerk has been wearing his mask below his chin WHEN HE CHECKS OUT. Then last night, he allowed two customers in the store without masks and didn't say a word. My health, my life is not worth the convenience of their location. I wanted to write a quick review just to let people in Monroe and the Valley know that the Arco Car Wash is superior to all of the other car washes found in Monroe and Sultan. If you're a car freak and worried about damage or scratched paint, Arco is basically your only option unless you plan on hand washing yourself. The automated car wash in Sultan at the Chevron has been a paint wrecking machine since the early 90's and the other two washes in Monroe (at the 76 near Fred Meyer and the Chevron at the other end of town) are both a no go -- poor experiences at both. My suggestion -- fill up at Arco and get the discounted supreme wash. One Arco fill up won't hurt your car. Their gasoline is generally cheaper because they don't use the higher end detergents in their gas, but unless you routinely splurge on their .25 cents lower than everywhere else prices, you'll be fine. Bottom line is that Arco is for car washes, corn dogs and those delicous exclusive cucumber energy drinks. Get your gas elsewhere if you actually care about your car! read more

The customer service in this store is terrible. The cashiers are allowed to talk to the customers any way they choose. I went in there one day and made a mistake on a price and the cashier and the manager talk to me in a rude and condescending manner and treated me as if I'd committed some crime. Then when I mumbled "I made a mistake. excuse me", the manager said to me "you can always go to Jackson's across the street". Then as I was leaving she continued to be very unprofessional in the parking lot. Every single time I stop here there's trouble with the pumps or the payment system at the pumps. I went inside to pay and they acknowledged they're having problems. Last time I stopped the entire bank on the south side of the station wasn't working. Everyone had to move to the north side of the station. I won't be making the mistake of returning. It's consistently getting worse. Consistently inconvenient and consistently a waste of time. read more

This review is for the car wash. Firstly, if you're coming here specifically to wash your vehicle, please be aware that the car wash payment machine only takes a code or cash. No cards. There is no signage before you get to the machine letting you know that you need to have cash or a prepaid code. There is also no signage indicating wash choices or prices. Luckily, I had some small bills on me so I didn't have to back out in order to find either cash or go inside to buy a wash with code. However, the antiquated machine ate the first 5 dollar bill I put in as if it never happened. Gulp! Gone. The automated voice just kept badgering me incessantly to enter more money. I tried hitting the button to "call attendant" but of course that did no good. It's either a non-functioning button or the employee inside chose to ignore it. Anyway, the wash does an ok job. Its nothing special. I just went for the most basic at $6.00 (yet paid $11) since the ground was wet and I'm sure the rain was going to start any time now. I just needed to get the road sail off. read more

If you need gas go somewhere else. Almost every single pump is either itself broken, the pay machine out if service or not functioning properly. The only way this gas station stays in business is by way of its location. Avoid if at all possible. read more

Great gas prices like always but ampm is expensive. They must make up the price of gas with there store. I buy rockstars religiously and this is the most expensive pkace. Everywhere else they are 2 for 3 but here it's 2 for 4. read more

I paid inside pre-paid for fuel this morning. When I went to pump the nozzle it did not work, just showed 0000000 across the screen. So I went back inside to tell the attendant it wasn't working. He just re-printed the receipt and told me it was on the pump and to try again. Again the pump did not work. So I went back inside again to speak with him and he had asked another lady to help me. Don't know if she was the manager, but she told me that the transaction was already completed and said I would have to pay again. I asked her why they couldn't just move the money to another pump? She just kept telling me I would have to pay again and dispute the charges with my credit card. She actually told me it was "my fault" for putting the nozzle back. I have never in my life had a company "steal" my money. I paid for a service/product that you did not provide to me and then not refund me? Even the lady behind me said that they did that to her last week and she was out $100 and had to call her bank. I now have to take time out of my work day to contact my bank to dispute the charges. I won't see my money for at least 8-10 days. What if this was all the money I had? I will never go back to this location again! Your employees do not know how to do there job and are extremely rude. This is not the first time I have had issues at this place, just first time to post a review! read more

Well I thought this store was headed into being a better place to stop as they had a manager there named April that was amazing the store has never been so organized or clean. Sadly for some reason she is no longer there and the store is seriously declining at a rapid rate going back to the way it was before. I went in this morning for my regular coffee and there was absolutely none made at 6:45am this has happened several times in the past couple weeks. How is this possible since it's the busiest time for people going to work. The store is no longer holding up the standard to which the old manager was keeping. Most the staff either in filthy dirty uniforms especially the new manager. Personal hygiene is so important when it comes to customer service. It's difficult to talk to someone who's breathe & mouth hygiene is extremely offensive. Don't know why April left but this company should have done whatever it took to keep her here I don't think they even notice the drastic change in the store since her departure. Sad they can't keep a good manager at this location. DISAPPOINTED!!! read more

I come here religiously just for the gas. I rarely buy anything here except bags of chips, fountain drinks and an occasional corn dog or two because their prices on these items are on par with every other gas station. Other than that, yes, pricing are higher than other places. The staff (I see new employees every time I come in so I can see it's difficult for them to retain help) are usually always friendly and helpful. I also see that the staff keep the lot clean since they're usually out there but it's unfortunate that they seem to rarely fill the windshield cleaning stations. Their car wash has been out of order more often than open. A few months ago I was told that a lifted pickup was too high and the car wash arm broke while trying to move across the roof. Freaking dumb people. There's a big sign that displays the height maximum allowed to drive into the car wash. Another plus is that they don't charge a fee for debit card gas purchases. read more

I went to get gas at this Arco recently. The guy overcharged me $10, took two 5 dollar scratchers and pocketed them. When I noticed this flash before my eyes, i looked at my receipt and asked him why he overcharged me. He didnt refund my charge card, but gave back the 10 in cash. He was a thief, dont trust this station with your credit card. Im keeping an eye out out now because i have a feeling theres more bad things to come from this criminal. read more
