With toppings and everything, my regular sized bowl was barely half filled. I ordered two bowls and the first one, for my sister (pictured on the bottom) was filled up by the worker who rang me up. She was super accommodating and the bowl looked great! The second bowl was filled by I'm assuming a new worker (who didn't even put gloves on?! gross) and she put significantly less of everything in while watching the other worker fill the other bowl appropriately and it's just a bit frustrating since there's such a discernible difference in amounts. I asked if it was done when she put the lid on and tried to hand it to me and she just blank stared at me and said "Yeah." Would not waste almost $15 on a bowl here!!!

Overall a really tasty bowl, but not worth $10 for a small. I have been to açaí bowl places before and for a small $5 is normal. Completely overpriced and would never be returning no matter how tasty.

I'd genuinely love to know which local roasters they source their beans from. What stands out most is how smooth the coffee is--there's absolutely no bitter aftertaste. Their honey brown sugar latte deserves special recognition. So many honey lattes either taste overly artificial or like the honey is barely there at all. Not this one. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and it's honestly one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. I could drink gallons of it. The quality is fantastic and I've found myself thinking about that latte long after I've finished it. My only complaint is that I don't live closer. If I did, I'd probably be there every day.

The snickerdoodle was perfectly spiced and still had some coffee flavor. The mocha was delicious, certainly an occasional treat as it is more of a coffee milkshake than a coffee. We also ordered the mini apple cider donuts which were okay, they seemed to be plain donuts tossed in cinnamon sugar and the dough had a funny aftertaste. Overall they have a killer menu and a cute & homey sitting area and patio. With so many coffee and caffeine drinks to try- we'll be back!

Before even asking what we'd like, the employee walked up and immediately asked for our phone number, which felt odd when we hadn't even decided if we wanted anything yet. When we asked to see a menu, instead of providing one, she rattled off a few "popular drinks." We ended up having to pull out our phones and search for the menu ourselves while sitting in the drive-thru. I ordered a cold brew and it was honestly one of the worst coffees I've ever had. It tasted like plain black iced coffee with some syrup mixed in... no smooth cold brew flavor at all. To make matters worse, the price was basically the same as Starbucks. Between the confusing ordering process, the push for personal information, the lack of a visible menu, and the disappointing coffee, I don't see any reason to come back.

Second, there was a Father's Day promotion for a specialty koozie, but we were told at the window that we could not receive it because we only ordered one drink--even though we were there specifically for the promotion and intended to order more items. Finally, the service felt disorganized. The staff appeared more focused on socializing with each other than on customers, which impacted the overall experience and efficiency of service. Overall, this visit did not meet expectations in terms of product availability, clarity of promotions, or customer service.

I ordered the Pit Master Sandwich with a side of French onion soup (you get to choose a side with the sandwich). The sandwich was really good! The bread was buttery and soft, and the homemade croutons in the soup were clearly made from fresh bread. The French onion soup wasn't for me--it kind of tasted like acid reflux to me, so I gave it to my mom. She actually thought it was pretty good. The sandwich had perfectly balanced barbecue sauce and cheese, although I thought the barbecue sauce overpowered the cheese a bit. Next time, I'd probably order it without the cheese. The brisket was good, but I would've preferred a fattier cut because I think it would have been more flavorful. I also wasn't a fan of the Gouda since it didn't melt very well, but the other cheese on the sandwich was delicious. Overall, the food was incredible, and this place is an absolute MUST if you're in the area! I noticed they have around 78,000 DoorDash orders, and after eating here, I can definitely see why. I'll actually be coming back in a few days before I leave my vacation because there are so many other delicious items on the menu that I can't wait to try! Staff were also nice!

They have a celiac button to warn staff to be extra careful and even have gluten sensitive desserts including: cookies, donuts, scones, and slices of cake everyday. I will say I am disappointed about finding out the breakfast potatoes are not gluten free. I only recently found out and have now figured out that I have been glutening myself off and on since July 3rd. I did have one major screwup a few weeks ago too. I did a pickup order for the quinoa powerbowl. The cook substituted my quinoa for couscous even though my food was marked celiac. Only figured it out after taking a bite. Couscous is apparently new to the fall menu. I really wish the food allergen training was better done in staff training. No person seems to have the same training on the safety and what food allergens are in what food. This was what I thought was a safe place for me which is why I have continued to come. I now take extra caution when I do stop. Today was good. I grabbed a Baja chicken rice bowl, no pepper jack or ranch. They actually had cinnamon roll cake (looked more like coffee cake with frosting on top) which is a first for them, it was really good. My mom grabbed a grilled cheese and her all time favorite carmalita bar.
