First, there is no handicap parking in front of store; Second, all customers left, but still no parking? I guess people parked in front of Menchie's weren't even a customer and I can't recall another store, being right there. We parked a block away, walked in hot sun and I'm on supplemental oxygen, with my service dog. I decided to get original tart frozen yogurt, which came out fine, until it didn't and asked for assistance. Someone had to go around and check back of machine. I asked them to make up a pint of the original tart frozen yogurt to bring home to my husband. He had difficulty, filling it up, using a spoon to help it into the cup. It is clean, we got tops, put in bag to bring home. The frozen yogurt was yummy, fresh toppings are yummy, too. I'm not sure it's worth dealing with awful parking and my daughter tried to park in the back, but we have no idea, if it was accessible.
