Nicely lite place with small area of seating. Service was great. Options provided were more fruity options with other options like cookies and cream, pistachio and birthday cake. Nice variety of toppings.

Well $14 later and I have myself a frozen treat. I haven't have Frozen Yogurt in some time and since I had some other things to do in North Haven I decided to stop in. It's 94 degrees and humid. Decent flavor options, but now due to COVID-19 they are taking necessary measures. All of the toppings are in little proportioned cups with lids. This was good because the toppings can really cause the price to climb. I selected 4 of these toppings: strawberries, white chocolate chips, Oreo pieces and cheesecake. It tastes amazing, however $14 for me alone? I could've gone to many other local establishments. This will definitely be a sporadic treat.

We drove to Froyoworld for an after dinner treat. The yogurt was delicious and they had it set up to be safe for COVID. The price I felt was a little pricey. Using Yelp to check in I received a coupon for 10% off and felt the price was still pretty steep.

A solid froyo place! Parking is plentiful in the plaza. It was clean and well-organized. Two flavors had run out which had napkins hung over the sign to indicate it. Everything is self serve, including toppings (which in the COVID era some froyo places don't let you do it yourself anymore). I had a chocolate yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream. The froyo was rich and creamy and the berries were fresh. I had to wait a bit for the cashier to come out of the back in order to pay and start to eat my food, but it looked like she was working alone. Overall, I would definitely return. I saw some reviews complaining about price but it helps to keep in mind that the cups are huge and filling them will result in high prices! I used about 1/3rd of the smaller cup size and mine was less than $5. Also, they have a $5 happy hour special from 4-6 pm Monday-Friday!

Solid 3 stars almost 3.5. We always find decent flavors, staff is always friendly, toppings always pretty neat and varied. Nothing that makes it stand out from other frozen yogurt places. They only offer ridiculously large cups, which is a negative for me. Typical froyo decor white IKEA like furniture.

My favorite place for frozen yogurt. I prefer their vanilla flavor over the other frozen yogurt chains. Staff are keeping the machines and toppings bar area clean.

Floors are filthy and looked like they hadn't been washed in months. Everything is sticky--tables, chairs, benches. Place needs a serious cleaning. Gross!

Great froyo. They have public restrooms, and indoor and outdoor seating. There were around 6 froyo flavors plus toppings/syrups!

Glenwood Drive-In is a historic family restaurant that opened in Hamden, Connecticut in 1955. It…read morewas founded by Rocky Stone. The property was originally a small drive-in that operated under a different name. Stone purchased the drive-in after working as a Tip-Top salesman and deliveryman. He renamed it "Glenwood" and expanded the menu, hours and the physical building. After Stone passed away in 1960, his son Frank "Wayne" Stone took it over and he continues to run it today. In the early days, the Glenwood had a walk-up service window similar to establishments such as Dairy Queen. Over the years, Wayne remodeled the interior and added an indoor seating area. The menu consists of staples such as footlongs, chili dogs, cheeseburgers, clam strips, lobster rolls, soft shell crab, fries, onion rings, and much more! Although the establishment is no longer a traditional drive-in restaurant, the Glenwood still hosts classic car "Cruise Nights" every Wednesday during the warmer months. In 1985, Wayne's daughter opened "Kelly's Cone Connection": an adjoining ice cream parlor business that is connected to the Glenwood. Although both businesses share the same space, they operate as separate entities. Kelly makes all of her own ice cream, hot fudge, waffle cones, ice cream pies and birthday cakes in house. Customers can expect to choose from about 35 different flavors on any given day. My family and I recently stopped for dinner at Glenwood Drive-In. Growing up in the area, I visited the Glenwood several times throughout my childhood. I also frequently accompanied my father to "Cruise Nights" when he still owned a 1971 Triumph TR6. On this outing, we ordered a variety of menu items including a "Chili Cheese Dog", "Footlong", "Chicken Fingers w/ Fries", and "Fried Shrimp w/ Fries". There's something about those classic menu staples that just really hit the spot. Afterwards, we headed through the adjoining doorway to Kelly's Cone Connection for dessert. It was a special occasion because the ice cream parlor was hosting a meet & greet with Spider-Man himself. The event coincided with the release of a new monthly special called the "Spidey-Sundae" (Firework 250 Poprock ice cream w/ golden Oreos, a frosting and sprinkle rim w/ a cotton candy web, poprocks, & a Spider-Man ring). My sons both had a blast meeting Spider-Man and eating his special ice cream treat. I tried a different monthly special: the "New England Clam Chowder" (sweet cream salted caramel ice cream w/ white chocolate "clams", dried mint, vanilla wafers, white chocolate shell). The presentation was immaculate and the flavor combo was simply divine! If you're looking for classic American drive-in food along with some fantastic ice cream, then head to Glenwood Drive-In and Kelly's Cone Connection!

Late July is peach season, and the sweet aroma of peaches blends beautifully with the natural richness of milk. The first taste is the sweet and sour peach, with fruit pieces bursting like popping boba, followed by a rich and mellow fruity aroma that instantly transports you to an orchard. All of this is built on a rich and natural milk base. Butter Pecan: A spontaneous choice. Overall, it's slightly salty within the milky flavor, with pecan nuts as a topping, making it a rather full-bodied one. Fortunately, it's not too sweet, so it's not cloying, and the slight saltiness adds a nice touch. I thought it was just okay, but my parents loved it. Sweet Cream Chocolate Chip: Apparently their signature flavor. The sweet cream wasn't actually too sweet, but the cream was very rich and fragrant; the real sweetness came from the chocolate chips, which burst in your mouth with every chew, and even just a sample was slightly cloying. The staff were very friendly, proactively offering recommendations and samples. Taking a break with ice cream while strolling around campus and the art gallery is definitely a great experience.
