For the past year, I have been using Frosty's Heating and Air for several of our rental properties in the metro Atlanta area. They just came out and serviced our HVAC, turns out we had a Freon leak and his repair was to plug the leaks which was half the price the other quotes we got to replace the whole pipe. When asked what the difference in repairs was we were told, the only real difference is the price so while the other companies motivation seemed to be getting as much money out of us as they could, theirs was to SAVE us as much money as possible and they did. Will certainly be calling Froty's whenever we have an HVAC issue that needs addressing. read more

I called to get a diagnostics. David, also the owner, came over. He was friendly in the beginning, however, he used racial slurs as he told me a story about his personal life. I told him that his comments were extremely offensive and inappropriate. That didn't stop him from using more racial slurs. I have never been disrespected like that in my own home by someone I'm giving business to. He never apologized for his offensive remarks. He is racist and the most unprofessional person I have ever met. read more

Great customer service. My central air conditioning went out at 11:30 pm I put in a request for a quote on Yelp. They texted me right after I submitted the request. At 12:15 am they texted me they will be out in the morning. By 12:54 pm my air conditioner was back on line working great! This is during a real heat wave and they took good care of us. Wonderful company. David is great, very honest, very hard worker and seemingly available 24 hours a day. We had him completely replace our have systems in our home and a rental property. When initially installed, he came back several times to ensure the freon levels were perfect, even sitting in the rain pumping the unit full of freon at 9 at night in the heat of July until it was perfect. A solid company with great prices and service. Having to replace a 5 ton unit I was amazed at the cost. Got an estimate from them and they by far had the best price. The day of the install they arrived on time, completed the install and removed all excess materials and the old unit. I always prefer to use local small business and they did not disappoint. David at Frosty's is the best! I have used them several times in the past for both repairing and replacing my A/C and repairing my heater. When I replaced my A/C unit, his price was almost three times less than other quotes I had gotten. David came out in a couple hours notice on New Years Day and fixed my heater for me. He is always honest and doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need or want. How many HVAC companies do you know that would tell you that you DON'T need to replace your unit and try to actually save you money! Made service appointment. Daniel was nice and polite. Told me Rahuel ?? Would be at home after 4:30. Waited. Called at 5:15. Told TECH still out on calls. Told I'd be called back. Waited...waited. Took off work early to make sure I was home. Well by 7:45 no call yet.... I left a message. No call. No show. Waisted my entire night waiting. No heat in home. Again another cold night. Was going to look at them doing a new central air/heating system. After this very dissapointing customer service experience and as a potential new customer, ...I have my doubts they could do the job and no broken promises. I'll be telling my referral and business associates..We will not sit and wait and be respectful to a businesses "wait for service timeframe" that does not respect my time or my husband's time.
