    Fluffy ice

The best shaved ice I've had in any where !! Reminds me of the scene of lilo an stitch ! So smooth and supper delicious thank you for the service !

The not crowded parking lot with sooooo many customers waiting 20-30 minutes for their sno cones.

Keep in mind, they don't start freezing the ice for your sno-cone until you place and pay for your order. That's the only explanation I can think of for how long it takes to get a single sno-cone order. In the time it took for the employee to run my card, the single flavor, medium sno-cone I ordered could have been made. The employee pointed to all of the cars in the parking lot to explain the long wait time, but as I pulled in, I noticed that about 10 of those cars were parked at adjacent businesses. I only saw 2 other occupied cars in the parking lot. So that's not the reason. ETA: I just left WITHOUT the order I paid for. After 40 minutes of waiting, I called them. They said they brought out my order but said I wasn't there. Really? REALLY?? I parked exactly where they told me to park in the very uncrowded parking lot! I told them all they had to do is LOOK and they'd have found me. When I asked them how long it takes to make a sno cone, the person I was talking to told me I could come inside and make it myself and see how easy it is - clearly being sarcastic and rude. I genuinely would like to know the process. Maybe 20-40 minutes is warranted. I know the syrup pouring part is quick, but the ice? Please educate me so I understand. Gees. Not even being sarcastic. I'd like to know. I told them there was no need to be rude, they said something unintelligible and, unbeknownst to me, handed the phone to someone else who stopped me and said "wait. I don't know what's going on here, they just handed me the phone." Brilliant. They repeated what the previous person said about me not being there, which I disputed, then asked me if I wanted them to remake it or what and I said "no because you'll probably spit in it." (Given the lack of maturity of everyone I dealt with, I feel that probability was quite high.) They said they could refund me, but I told them "it's not worth waiting another 40 minutes because you suck." Not proud of the "you suck" part, but it's done. Btw, there are NO adults working here and I suspect the kids are left to figure things out on their own. Not that kids can't. Just not THESE kids. They are all poorly trained, rude, clueless teenagers. I have nothing against teenagers. I've worked with some very polite, driven, professional, courteous teenagers lately. These are not among them. Who ever owns or "runs" this place has set these ooor kids up to fail and should be ashamed at that as well as how inefficiently run their business is. (I've been several times and there is always some kind of unexplainable wait. This was just the worst one.)

First timer. Tried it because my favorite place is closed on Sunday. I was impressed by the flavor choices but nothing else. I ordered 2 snocones. One came out correct, the other didn't but I didn't realize it until I got home. I asked for cream on mine which is an extra charge and it wasn't on my snocone. That was a disappointment along the snocone itself. Way too much syrup and the ice is chunkier than I prefer. Definitely sticking to shaved ice.

Probably my favorite snow cone place ever. I ALWAYS get the Mexicanator because it is just so dang delicious. Cherry, pickles, Tajin and (I do not get the) Kool-aid topping. They tend to over-pour on their syrups, even when I say "light syrup." Me ordering "light syrup" has now turned into "Extra-extra light syrup, please." Customer service is always hit or miss here, but nothing to discourage me from visiting. I will always make the 15 minute drive for Frost Bites in PVille!

Their snow cones are simply delicious! And in my opinion fairly priced. Lots of flavors to choose from and even some creative creations. The only thing I wish they had were some recommendations of flavor combos, but that isn't a big enough deal for me to give this less than 5 stars.

A variety of sweet treats. There's a drive up window or you can sit at tables inside or outside. People are friendly. Kids loved it!

The kids love this place. The shaved ice is the best. Blue coconut with cream is awesome.

AMAZING I love this…read morespot so much I get the larger size with coconut ice cream and POG flavors with a snow cap and it's my favorite Service is quick / order at front and they'll call when it's ready So many different cool flavors and options to try Plenty of parking and some indoor seating as well

What makes it Hawaiian Shave Ice? It's probably the fact that the shave ice is like 400 microns a…read morepiece. It compacts so much better than your typical shaved ice experience, allowing for the syrups to actually hold the flavor. I stopped into Ululani's at the recommendation of my friend, and we both got our own, which is such a huge size in itself. You could easily share a Lilli (their regular size) between two people. For my flavor, I got the Sunset Beach combination with passion orange, mango, and guava, plus I added some of the Amy's Ice Cream on top that they were offering. Upon my first bite, it's truly impressive how compact the shave ice is. It doesn't even feel like shaved ice at that point and is more comparable to a popsicle in a bowl. This is what kids should be eating in the summer vs. your Konahama Bucks, and like Stan Twitter would say, Ululani clears while the rest are flops! RIYL: sno cones that actually can compete with ice cream vs just being a convenient secondary frozen treat option because for all my life that's how i compared the two, you know? like typical shaved ice is just so mediocre i don't know how to express that to you. like i never have ever suggested to somebody that we should get a sno cone, but like this place, i would actually suggest, so yeah.
