I had a smoothie and a chocolate açaí bowl. The smoothie was good, no complaints there. The açaí bowl was not good. It was not prepared correctly. One of the toppings are strawberries, and I only had 2 slices of strawberries in the bowl. It did not taste good. The customer service was not that great either. I was waiting for my food, expecting him to let me know it was ready (I was the only customer there). If i wouldn't have looked at the counter, i would've never known it was there just sitting there. The guy never told me it was ready. It must have been sitting there for a few minutes before I realized it was ready. I will never return here again. read more

As much as I enjoy their smoothies and sandwiches unfortunately I will be giving this a 2 star review. First of their prices are insanely high. We purchased two large smoothies and it came out to be $27. We eat out a lot and we normally don't mind paying for good food but I just find $27 to be a little two much for smoothies. BUT the main reason why I am giving this a 2 star is because of their customer services. I believe the owner is the lady that's always there. She has zero manners, she will never greet you with a smile and will make you feel like you are disturbing her just by ordering from them. This also happens with a believe is her son, a young guy who also looks miserable. Not even a thank you, and when you say thank you their response is "mhmm". Tbh doesn't make me feel like I should support their business and spend my money on people who look like they get upset for getting customers. read more

Froots makes great food- period. The smoothies are delicious and they'll throw in some spinach and/or kale to make it a green option. Froots also offers vegetarian options. Recently they added gluten free wraps for their great tasting wraps. There is a lot of competition in the area but none offer the fresh ingredients found here. What a delicious wrap! I had the California Turkey (specialty wrap) and it was amazing. I got it without the ranch dressing and it doesn't even need that dressing. So good without it. I came to find this place thanks to a Groupon, I went with my whole office crew and we all loved it.! The deal is so worth it and even when you pay full price is a great meal and very filling. This is a healthier option to eating out and the quality of food is great. I got a Caesar wrap, DELISH!! I usually tend to avoid wraps because I don't like cold chicken but they warmed it up and still didn't get saggy or mushy. in addition the groupon includes, salad & a smoothie, I went for the "strawberry zinger" which was sweet but not over the top thanks to the touch of the pineapple in it. I don't know if the previous reviewers were paid for their input or what, but I figured I needed to set the record straight. Also for the record, I hardly ever write reviews - only when I absolutely feel compelled. Nothing about Froots warrants a 4 or 5 star review. This place advertises as a healthy option, but I'd hardly say it is that. If anything, it's on par (or a step below) with a Subway or Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It is not comparable to a Jamba Juice or even Panera. The ingredients, especially the meats, were anything but fresh. Their menu is incorrect, as well. I ordered a matcha green tea shake, which advertises that it uses soy milk. When the server began making the shake with dairy milk, I asked that he use soy as the menu stated. I was told they didn't use soy anymore, but was never asked if dairy was ok. He did then say they had almond milk, just before an eye roll when he went to grab it. A step up from McDonald's and BK, but disappointing given the previous reviews and advertising. If I could give half stars, I'd give a 1.5. I won't give a 1, because the smoothies were decent (again, not Jamba or even Smoothie King quality), so a 2 will suffice. read more

I like this sort of place b/c it's healthy and fairly inexpensive. I have eaten at this location twice now and both times it has been pretty good. I ordered the grillers and they give you a pretty nice size sandwich for $6. The staff is friendly and more importantly, efficient. I had the triple last night and it hit the spot. It only took a few minutes to make which is also nice. Next time, I will probably get a smoothie since this is what they appear to specialize in. I love all your food. My only issue is that you don't follow instructions very well. I am allergic to dairy and so ask for no dairy on my food or in my smoothies. Yet, the last 3 orders from you all had dairy and I end up with a ridiculous allergy attack for 5 to 8 hrs of runny nose and uncontrollable sneezing. Happy to see another healthier alternative to all the fast food joints around! Bought a Living Social deal where I got $10 worth of food for $1 if I used their new takeout and delivery option. It was a $1 so I said I'd try it. Froots was the only option that was on the website that actually peaked my interest so I knew I would be trying them soon. Today was the day! After my workout, I realized there was nothing at home for me to eat so I decided to use my LS deal. I placed the order through the LS app on my iPhone, included my special requests with the order, and picked it up 30-40 minutes later on my way to work. I was a littel skeptical thinking that they would screw something up but not Froots! They had my order exactly as I ordered it. I had the California Turkey Wrap, light on the ranch dressing with an Island Nectar Smoothie. It was one of the smoothies that was under 230 calories too! I liked that Froots menu showed which smoothies were under 230 calories. It made it much easier to make a decision. They have a good variety of smoothies and wraps that will appeal to many people. I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 because of the free boost that was added into my smoothie. With every smoothie, you get a free boost option. They have a list in the store that you can choose from. When I ordered on the LS app, it didn't have that option (which was understandable). They just added the antioxidant boost to my smoothie as a courtesy which gave it an awkward taste. From my experience, all boosts alter the flavor of your smoothie, whether it's purchased at Jamba Juice, Tropical Smoothie, or anywhere. Some boosts have a smaller change in taste than others. I would have preferred that they didn't add any boost at all and then advise me when I came in. That way, on my next visit or online order, I would know which boosts to try. Living Social should find a way to add this boost option to the ordering site so that people don't feel cheated on their boost nor do they get a boost they don't want. That was my only issue. Other than that, I was very happy with my meal. Great job Froots! Looking forward to more healthy meals in the future :-) read more

Foots is a very good spot if you're looking for something healthy and quick. The service is fast, it's located right across the street from Home Depot which is convenient and they have healthy options including an "trim and tasty" menu which is under 300 calories. I went here today with my wife and we both got the smells which are fairly large sized already. My wife went with the berry bopper which is loaded with blue berries and raspberries as well as fat free yogurt and strawberry kiwi juice. I went with the raspberry split which has raspberries, banana as well as the juice and yogurt. Well worth the $4 per cup. The shakes were light, full of fruit and anti oxidants and pretty healthy. Definitely worth a trip to froots next time you need a quick pick me up! read more

Love this place!! It's small but it's very good!! Chicken Cesar wrap is amazing!! And I never had a bad smoothie! I just had my tonsils removed and this was my go to place since their smoothies are amazing! While the place is small the customer service has always been great! I been to another froots and the food quality wasn't as good as this location! Oh and p.s I love the country music they are always playing! Oh and if you get it to go they will work with you and put the dressing and croutons on the side so your food is not soggy!! read more

So I'm gonna update my review and give 5 stars now. I work at a juice bar so I'm picky on how I like my juices. (Sorry it happens) I got my fat burner juice and I didn't have to chew it the last few times so I love it now. Also I get a ginger lemon shot and sometimes a matcha shot which is sooooo yummy. Stopped by Froots today for lunch and got a Mediterranean wrap on wheat with everything plus jalapeños.... Which was a smart move because I doubt it would have had any flavor without it. This place is in a great location so I would expect it to be busier! With that being said, their food is good. It's geared toward people who want to eat healthy. They serve sandwiches, to smoothies to salads. I ordered the Tuna Salad and it was a really good portion size. Froots in Davie Is without question the best smoothie and sandwich shop in the Davie/ Plantation area! But now its even better because they brought in Boars Head lunch meats which of course is the best and most healthy period! I can't drive by Froots Davie without stopping in for a strawberry banana, coconut smoothie! But now with the Boars Head in there I have to sit down and eat my full meal! My daughter and I discovered Froots many years ago in Hollywood in the Sheridan Plaza. It was our go to place for a quick bite when we would spend the day shopping. My daughter had a special order she would order every time and we became friendly with the staff and they knew us. Then they closed down the Hollywood store and we were devastated!! We would occasionally go to the Davie store if we were down there. In Nov. we moved to Orlando and my daughter misses her favorite meal!! Today her dad took her down to SoFl to spend the weekend with friends and their first stop was Froots. Well, this is were it gets good. The lovely young girl who used to take care of us in Hollywood was relocated to Davie. As my daughter and my husband walked in she immediately recognized her and remembered just what to make and had it ready for her! NOW THAT IS SERVICE.!!!!
