Frankie and John were assigned to come install a Chargepoint EV charger. This required installing a new 50A breaker and about 150 feet of 6 AWG cable through the attic. I was pleased to see that they had proper tools and all the materials ready to go. They installed COPPER, not aluminum, showing they care about the longevity of the final product instead of just the bottom line. Frankie and John were very professional, listening to suggestions and requests about where and how to route the circuit, but also offering their own suggestions about improving the plan. They worked around my 1-year old's naptime without any complaints. When they had to make holes in the wall to fish the cable into the service panel, they always checked with me first, explained what was needed and why. Cleanup at the end was spotless. In the end I was 100% satisfied with their work and look forward to hiring them again. Had my EV charger install done by Rick today. Super awesome and did great work. My original quote was for a NEMA 14-50 outlet install. Rick was able to accommodate my last minute request for a 6-50 outlet instead. Also, Rick found that he couldn't perform the install as originally planned due to issues not found during the initial estimate. He quickly came up with an alternate plan, left to go grab the extra needed materials, and returned to complete the job. I just bought a house. I called Frontline to get an estimate to fix an exposed live wire in the basement and 8-10 open splices/open junction boxes in the attic. They told me I had to get an entire electrical inspection and have a complete electrical system diagnostic for $525 before they would do anything. On top of that, they treated me like I was wasting their time. Update: (+1 Stars) They called me back, were a little more polite, and offered $310 to fix the exposed live wire and just an estimate on the open splices in the attic. $310 to cap a live wire in an open junction box and put a junction box cover on it? Advised that we may want to take a more thorough inspection at some point, as there did seem like there may have been a rodent issue at some point, and there may be more damage than was immediately apparent for the job at hand (some outlets had gone out and it wasn't a quick 'flip the breaker' fix). Frontline Review I wish I could assign a separate star rating for the job crew and the administrative staff, but I can't. The job crew was polite, efficient, and thorough. The estimator said there would be a 2-3 week wait for the job. But as soon as the contract was signed and emailed to Frontline, we received an afternoon email from the estimator that the crew would be there early the next morning. That's fine if you want to get the work done as soon as possible. Not so good if you're trying to schedule other work. We opted for the contract clause that required Frontline to pull the permit for the job and be present for all inspections. There was an extra fee for this service, due after inspections were complete. Nine months later we were still waiting for Frontline to get the permit and schedule the inspections. Granted, the pandemic was a factor, but the permit process was online for our city and inspections could be handled in a socially distanced way. We were told we "fell through the cracks". Because the permit wasn't pulled in a timely fashion, PGE canceled the authorization the job required for inactivity. We were left with submitting all the information and photos to PGE again. The final slap in the face was when Frontline emailed us an invoice for the full extra fee (due the next day) on the same day that inspections were finally completed If use Frontline for your job, don't elect to have Frontline pull the permit and/or watch the admin staff closely to make sure you don't "fall though the cracks" like we did read more

Lee was amazing!! After multiple attempts at resetting the circuit breaker with no success, I called Frontline because I was not able to get the power back on the master bedroom and bath upstairs on a Saturday night. After calling the customer service line, I received a call back from Lee within 10 minutes. He told me how much it would cost to send a tech out after hours. I said that I have to check because I wasn't prepared to spend that much but he was very kind to offer his assistance and helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone!
