Today was a very different experience. I was greeted by a woman with long dark hair, and she was the complete opposite of what I've come to expect here. My Razr phone overheated on the charger and the screen died. I had already placed a warranty exchange over the phone, but when I came in today I was told the model was backordered. Since that was the case, I figured I'd look into upgrading instead. She refused to even check. Even after I explained that I was already told an upgrade was possible, she insisted the only option was to buy a new phone, add a new line, and continue paying on the broken one. This turned out to be completely untrue. We left and called customer care, and they were able to process the upgrade and fix everything in just a few minutes. My advice is this: the store is usually great, but if you end up with the woman with long, straight dark hair, ask for someone else. My tolerance for confidently delivered misinformation is low, and today was a prime example of why.
