Phil, Jake and Steve really care about their work and will make sure that your technical problems are handled quickly and efficiently. Equally important, the company is honest in its pricing and recommendations. Unlike some competitors, they do not recommend products and services that you do not really need. Also, they aren't going to force you to buy all new equipment and just ride on the fact that the machines are under warranty. Overall: Highly recommended for service and for purchasing new computer equipment (they are a Lenovo dealer).

My key fob for my Toyota Tundra indicated a low battery, so I searched online and found the battery listed for about five dollars. However, when I went to the store, I discovered that the same battery, which I could order elsewhere for around five dollars, cost nearly eleven dollars here. While I have nothing against the employees--they are always nice and provide good service when I need batteries that I can't find elsewhere--it's worth noting that there are likely cheaper options available elsewhere.

I was willing to pay $60 dollars for the time I had kept the phone but they demanded $160 and required me to return the hand set. They refused to budge on the $80 per month price and sited fine print in the contract I signed as justification for their gold-digger pricing. I paid the exorbitant price and washed my hands of them. Don't do business with these guys. They are rip-off artists.
