    I got a sales associate to help me do some trade-ins and he seemed really knowledgeable. It came to…read moremy attention that the trade-in discount wasn't applied when I received my next bill. I thought the store could clarify and help me so I called them and they told me to call T-Mobile's general customer care number. I did as they asked, but customer care said I needed to work it out with the store. The sales associate apologized and sent me to his supervisor. I spoke with the supervisor several times and he told me he was going to call his regional distributor to get it fixed. I called every couple of days, but no progress. I just called back and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. I called back thinking that it was a mistake, only to have a sales associate say that the supervisor (who I've talked to multiple times with) doesn't work at that store, like he never existed. He was definitely lying to me. I'm at my whit's end. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least. I just wanted the original promotion I came into the store for applied to my account. I've tried multiple times over the phone and in store to get it resolved for the past couple of months and I've gotten nowhere. I don't write reviews, I'm fairly ambivalent about things, but the people at this store have put me in a situation where I have to pay hundreds of dollars for something that could've been addressed if they did it right the first time. I have been on hold for hours just to be hung up on or told to call back next week (which I have been doing). I don't recommend anyone use T-Mobile's services
