HORRIBLE. I cannot stress that enough. RUN! Unless you want a completely failed vacation with no refund, and not even an apology from Frontier Airlines. * 20 hour delayed flight. ** Followed by Lost Luggage. *** No Refund & RUDE "Supervisors" (Miss Paola) ****** Then Charged $75 for an extra 8lbs of weight on return flight because we had to spend $100 of our own money in clothing because they lost our luggage for our extra trip. *********Delayed 50 min on return flight all to hear we had a hydrolic failure error message in the left engine and then taxied back to our gate. Trip is ruined. No apology from any Frontier staff; furthermore they made it sound like it was our fault and that all their issues were "completely common issues." Been on more than 400 flights in 37 years and have never experienced this many issues, untrained staff, rudeness, or incompetence; especially offering no resolve, no apologies, and no compensation for our well planed special trip that we have been waiting a long time for. Save yourself, if you booked with Frontier, cancel it now. Soon they will be out of business and you will be the one left with Frontier Airline tickets in your hand and no refund.

I took my first flight with Frontier in September 2019. I flew from Tampa to CVG. The flight from TPA to CVG was smooth. The inside of the cabin was spacious with ample leg room. I was comfortable in my seat. They have in-flight service for food and drinks. There is an additional cost of course. Credit card please. No cash accepted. On the way back from Cincinnati, there was a three-hour delay due to some water issue with the plane or something. Frontier provided everyone on board with a $10 meal voucher to be used within 24 hours of issuance. I didn't know that you had to use the voucher at the airport where the delay was. I thought I could use it on the plane. The problem with using it at the airport is that they gave it to us about 20 minutes before we were about to board so I really didn't have a chance to use it anyway. I was so annoyed :-( I would fly Frontier again. But I will only fly if it's a direct flight. I would not dare risk a layover with them.

I have heard all the horror stories and read all the ridiculously horrible reviews. I was really, really apprehensive going in. But that price was realllly tough to pass up. Round trip tickets with the second cheapest carrier was $370 per person. Frontier ended up being $153. Ok, so here goes... (+) Both arrivals and departures were either on time or early. Yup. That is correct. I read so much about delays with this place, but I simply did not experience that. (+) Flight Attendants were pleasant and in good spirits. Lots of joking around and keeping things light. (+) both flights were smooth and relatively turbulence free (-) Man, those seats suck. It wasn't unbearable though. I did 3 hours one way and 4 hours back and it did the job. Just keep expectations very low. (-) those trays are pitiful. lol. It was an annoyance, but definitely something that can be dealt with for the right price. I would definitely use Frontier again if the circumstances were right. Just pack light and keep the in air time down to a couple of hours and this airline will do ....for the right price. a damn good price. ... I say it's totally worth it! Just keep expectations realistic and think of the money you're saving! 3 stars. A-Ok.

i wish i could put zero stars. They are fucking ridiculous with their "personal items" and there workers here are miserable and rude.
