I have read a lot of reviews for Frontier written by fools. If you are a fool, read those other…read morereviews. If you are not a fool, then stay, and I will tell you the REAL DEAL. Frontier tickets are cheap as hell, because they include NOTHING. Frontier doesn't try and hide that. In fact they totally shove it in your face. If you want anything, like a carry-on bag, you have to pay extra. If you want food, you have to pay. If you want a snack, you have to pay. If you want to change your flight, you have to pay. If you want to have an agent print your boarding pass at ticketing like it's 1990, you have to pay. So if you know what you're doing, and don't want a ton of extra stuff, this is great! I flew round-trip across the country for $160, because I didn't need a carry-on or to feed my fat face during the flight. I just needed to get from A to B. Apparently they've got a good safety and maintenance record, and the aircraft were modern and clean, but again, no frills. No video system or any of that stuff. No chargers. Just a jet that takes you from one city to another. The people who give this airline one star show up with a bunch of crap they didn't pay for, and then get upset about having to pay. And then they get upset because the employees don't want to give them things for free, and they call that poor service. I saw it happen twice while I was waiting for my jet to board. If you want awesome service, go pay Delta $900 instead and they'll let you have a carry on for "free", and they'll even give you a couple Biscoff cookies and a sprite and you can feel like the king of your little cylinder of recycled air. One more thing, and it's why I gave them four stars instead of five: because they are a smaller airline, if something goes wrong, you don't have a lot of options. They're not going to have another flight in two hours. You're going to just be screwed. So take that into consideration if you are on a critical schedule.

Let go back to why the flight got cancel or delayed. This airline never announced that they were delayed. But send an email. 20 min before the new departure. The work show up. Tell me. Just go to the next destination and once you get there. They should be able to help you. Terrible communication skills all together. Called customer service over 5 times. And talked to two different supervisor or manager

Every time we encounter her, she speaks to customers as if she is above them and seems to go out of her way to make an already stressful travel experience even more difficult. Unfortunately, the issue doesn't seem to stop with her. The staff consistently comes across as rude and dismissive, and it is very apparent that better customer service training is needed. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply for asking questions or needing assistance. The Allegiant Air flight attendants have also displayed similar attitudes on multiple occasions. Their interactions with passengers can be unnecessarily rude and unpleasant. Allegiant would greatly benefit from providing additional customer service training and setting higher expectations for how employees treat the people who are paying to travel with them. Travel can already be stressful enough without employees making the experience worse. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism.

Getting there for a later flight also meant a lot of food was closed. It was 8:30pm and many restaurants were already "bar only." I wound up getting a pasta, mozzarella, pesto salad from the Farmer's vending machine, which is my go-to for a quick pick-me-up so that was fine. Although, this machine didn't provide any plasticware, which I thought was odd, so I had to find my way over to a quick service counter and ask. Even our little Louisville airport provides plasticware with their vending machine food. Not my favorite airport, but it got the job done.

I don't understand how had it is to make sure the tag on the item is looked at at put on the right plane. I have a golf tournament today at 2pm with no golf clubs. Southwest says they have the average airline mishaps with bags at 94% and they are ok with that!! How can you be ok with that the average. Be better than that!! It is 11:25am and I still have not heard where my clubs are!! Very frustrating!!

The customer service is great, they keep me safe, and love the sky miles rewards. I remember when I was young, I donated my miles to the military so that they can see their families during tough times. It was a great feeling. What I love about delta is they provide better snacks on the plane, complimentary ear plugs to watch movies and the monitors on front of your seats to play games and watch shows. There are delays of course but not due to them, just Mother Nature. I will always choose Delta. They are reliable, safe and reasonable in pricing.

Information on delays, your estimated time travel when you are on the plane or walking to your gates. I didn't like that they didn't have movies to watch on the planes. If you wanted to watch , you have to download the app and watch it on there. Our flight in Newark New Jersey was delayed for 4 hours and I was extremely tired. We didn't fly out until close 11:00 pm. It wasn't their fault, Mother Nature happened with heavy storms. The customer service was good and easy to change on the phone but of course you have to pay extra. They are okay and grateful they kept us safe. But they won't be my first to pick when traveling.
