Pretty big airport, sort of looks like a mall in certain areas. Lots of food options, and a train…read morebetween terminals and the rental car lot. It's walkable, if you rather get your steps in. I opted to walk, and it took me about 25-30mins to get from the rental car area, to my gate at terminal B. I visited twice in a 2 week period, and was really surprised at just how empty it seemed both times. There just weren't many people flying in/out. Upon my departure, everything was super smooth. They started boarding at exactly the time they were supposed to, closed the door timely, and took off on time too. I would definitely fly into/out of here again.

My husband and I arrived early for our flight, but TSA was an absolute nightmare. The line stretched almost all the way to the parking garage and snaked throughout the terminal. One employee mentioned the wait could be at least 2.5 hours--definitely not what you want to hear before a flight, especially with a connection in New York. We ended up signing up for CLEAR on the spot, which honestly saved us. Even then, it still took about 35 minutes to get through, but that was significantly faster than the regular line. I do want to highlight that the staff were very friendly and helpful, despite clearly being overwhelmed by the volume of travelers. Thankfully, we made it to our gate just in time, but the overall experience was very stressful. Definitely plan extra time if you're flying out of CVG during busy travel periods.

On my latest…read morevisit to CVG I arrived early for my flight and found the bag check kiosks pretty easily and then was able to drop off my two included checked bags with no issues. The staff member was friendly and upbeat considering how early it was and I was off to security in no time. My flight was scheduled for early in the morning, and I already saw lines starting to get long so I can't say what an experience may be during peak hours.

The customer service is great, they keep me safe, and love the sky miles rewards. I remember when I was young, I donated my miles to the military so that they can see their families during tough times. It was a great feeling. What I love about delta is they provide better snacks on the plane, complimentary ear plugs to watch movies and the monitors on front of your seats to play games and watch shows. There are delays of course but not due to them, just Mother Nature. I will always choose Delta. They are reliable, safe and reasonable in pricing.

Information on delays, your estimated time travel when you are on the plane or walking to your gates. I didn't like that they didn't have movies to watch on the planes. If you wanted to watch , you have to download the app and watch it on there. Our flight in Newark New Jersey was delayed for 4 hours and I was extremely tired. We didn't fly out until close 11:00 pm. It wasn't their fault, Mother Nature happened with heavy storms. The customer service was good and easy to change on the phone but of course you have to pay extra. They are okay and grateful they kept us safe. But they won't be my first to pick when traveling.
