Yikes, stay away from this place, very unprofessional, incredibly high costs, rude, dishonest...I could keep going on and on and on. Small job for a commercial building and they bid almost $2k, found a reputable vendor that completed the work for $480!!! Threw a hissy fit when we went with someone else and tried to send a ridiculous invoice for their time (12 minutes per our security cameras) then threatened collections with repeated emails. read more

Never have I seen a more disorganized company that continously pushes their field workers out of the industry due to the poor treatment and lack of accountability from their upper management. This company has a record for setting up projects that are unprofitable and and creates toxic work environments for their workers and those doing business/contracted with them. UPDATE: Nearly a *MONTH* after this fiasco, I got an email from a person claiming to be Chris Fordyce, or Frontier Fire's Director of Sales. Your standard sprinkler contractor, they do a good enough job. They have nice people working for them.

Frontier Fire Protection was hired to come into my facility and rebuild a backflow preventer. They charged for two men and 3 hours to do a job that takes 30 min. The inspection failed and they refused to return calls and emails. Then when I finally got in touch with them. They said there is nothing they can do and that they do not plan on coming back out to even look at it. I ended up calling a different fire protection company and they were much much more professional. read more

Professional my a$$! Failed inspection, then blew off inspector two more times. Ridiculously poor communication. Ignore email after email after phone call... Fail to provide requested documentation. List goes on and on... Plenty of other companies to subcontract. read more
