(The tag was about 5 inches from the growth). When I asked her why she circled it, she said it was in case I ever wanted to have it removed!! But, at that point she hadn't even looked at the growth! This caused me to believe she was just trying to drum up business for herself. So I reported her to the medical board. A few weeks ago I saw one of their other dermatologists and there was no sign of S. This dr was the opposite of Shiva, was respectful of my needs, knowledgeable, thorough and quick. I was very impressed with her and didn't suspect she got her Dr license out of a cereal box..like S. Even her staff was friendly and upbeat.This is a good office to go to, now.

She was a very nice doctor and spent time talking about the things that I needed and listen to me and gave me information that made me feel good about my situation. The medical assistant was a very nice and friendly person. I was seen from about 10 minutes after arriving at the office. I always enjoy getting in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend utilizing this clinic. I realize that often at medical facilities you can be backlogged and have to wait a half hour to an hour. Received a voice mail at 9:13 telling me that they had canceled the appointment. I didn't find out that the appointment was cancelled until I was in the office and was told by the staff that my appointment was canceled because the referral from the VA has expired. I specifically remember at my initial appointment when Todd Williams mentioned that he wanted me back in 6 months to recheck the area on my back that he did a biopsy on, that I would probably need a new referral. He told me then that it wasn't necessary, that they would take care of that. What a colossal screw up and a waste of 2 hours of my time, not to mention the fuel expended on the 50 mile round trip.

The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is Alicia, she is very professional and amazing at what she does. Why I'm finally leaving a review is the communication issue. Happens with both sides of the business but seems to be worse for the cosmetics. I call and nobody answers and I have to leave a voicemail. I get it, sometimes they are busy and not able to get to the phone. The problem is it happens 90% of the time and when I leave a message it is not returned. Last week I left a message Monday afternoon I got a call back Tuesday morning and unfortunately missed it I called right back to get the voicemail again left another message there was no call back. Called Wednesday left a message no call back called Thursday left a message and still have not received a call. I have also tried their texting system which sometimes they get back to me after two days. Now I know you can make an appointment online and normally I would the problem I have is that for the cosmetic section there are no prices on the services such as lasers, facials, peels etc.. I'm not gonna make an appointment when I have no idea how much something cost. I have spent so much money here, it's not like they've cornered the market I can get these same things done at my plastic surgeons office or at another spa I go to regularly.
