When I remarked that I felt cramped he grabbed a Trek Verve in a frame size that was slightly too big for me based on convention but I felt the immediate sensation of Ahhh. They gave the bike a final tuning and told me to come in a couple hundred miles to adjust for the cables stretching. Huge difference in speed and comfort over my old bike. They will help you load and unload your bike.This location also hosts basic maintenance workshops. A bicycle should not be a commodity purchase; your body needs the TLC of a local bike shop. Capitol Cyclery is great; I've used Essen Lane and Jones Creek locations and been pleased with both.
