I can't believe I am even having to write this review. I never want to say something bad about…read moreanyone but I am so shaken up over this. I went to get a simple alteration done. During my time there, she changed the price 3 times and just seemed condescending overall. I just had an uneasy feeling in my gut, like I was being scammed, so I decided that I would rather just leave and go somewhere else. She proceeded to grab my dress out of my hands and told me she was taking my dress to the back. I told her several times to please let go of my dress and let me leave because I feel uncomfortable, and I do not want to stay. She just kept saying that she needed to take my dress to the back. She would not loosen her grip on my dress. She started yelling and called a man into the room. They proceeded to argue with me for what seemed like 3-4 minutes before I eventually grabbed my dress back and left. Before leaving, I tried to take the ticket that had my name, number, and address on it (because they make you fill it out and pay the full amount BEFORE you pick up your item and I didn't feel comfortable with them having my information). She said it was her property and I couldn't take it. I said that's fine and I scratched out all of my information. (Also side note, that is very strange to specifically ask for an address when it isn't something that is being delivered and I didn't say if I would have paid cash or card yet because we never got to that point so an address wouldn't even be needed). Just such a bizarre experience. I left there physically shaking over the situation.
