Unfortunately, the chefs got heavy-handed with the cheese in the risotto so that the taste of the sweet lobster chunks was overpowered rather than complimented as it was in every previous year. I spoke with Shane, their very personable and capable manager about the mussels(or clams) and lack of toast so hopefully that will change by next year when I return.
