Food and service are good, some of the best pizza in the area. Better than all the other places in Exeter/Stratham area

Surprising this place isn't 5 stars all around. I visited a friend who is a local and he said all the locals rave about this place. I am a tough customer ... so, I am pleased to report this place is fantastic. I had the buffalo chicken pizza (fried ... not grilled) and it was some of the best buffalo chicken pizza I've eaten. It was very easy to eat a small on my own, although its because the pizza is so good not because the pizza is small. Normally with buffalo chicken pizza, its either really good or really bad. Many times at other places, the buffalo strips are too crunchy and overcooked and it looks like someone simply poured blue cheese and wing sauce on top of a regular pizza. Not so at Front Row. Everything is expertly blended together and the breaded chicken strips aren't overcooked and too crunchy on the top. Lets talk about the beer ... super selection with lots of different beers on tap. I went with the Allagash and it was so cold that there were those little ice slivers on top. I've never had a colder more refreshing beer poured from a tap before. They must really give the glasses a good chill. It was 95 degrees outside, so it was very welcome and went down smooth. The waitstaff was nice ... I notice it is mostly attractive college-aged girls. Probably because its a sports bar. But they are fun and sassy and appear to be having fun working there which makes the environment a lot better. There were no mistakes and our waitress was terrific. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Air conditioning is nice and I felt like the other tables weren't too close together. I would certainly come back ... would probably get the buffalo chicken pizza again, although my friend had a steak and cheese sandwich and it looked amazing. read more

Solid pizza, not a huge fan of the crust (is very crunchy, so if you like that, here's your place) but the cheese on it was great.

We placed a take order of two hot subs at 5:25pm. They said 45 minutes. I got here at 50 mins after the order was placed. It's now been an hour and 15 mins and they told me to wait another 10. We specifically ordered early for the kids as my wife and I have a dinner resy in 20 mins. No shower for me before dinner. This is the third time they've promised food and I've had to wait 30 mins past the time it was promised. It's also the last time I come here. read more

The food is consistently good, however we choose takeout to avoid sitting in a crowded place of unmasked people of unknown vaccination status. My complaint is that they always take at least 50% longer than they tell you. Tonight we were told an hour. I gave them an hour 10 minutes, ended up being an hour 45 minutes. Just give me a realistic timeframe to pick up or at the very least when I arrive tell me it's going to be x minutes longer. This isn't a covid issue it has been that way for years. Just be upfront, it would spare a great deal of aggravation. Panzanellas is equally good and can manage their time estimates much more efficiently. read more

I LOVE this place. I've gone many times and it's great each time. It's tasty and the waiters/waitresses are pretty kind. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a simple pizza with onions and each time the pizza is full of onion peels. We also ordered a garden salad and it was a pile of red cabbage and huge slices of red onion with barely anything else. Best pizza in NH! Every other menu item I've had was very good, the menu is huge, and the prices are reasonable. The bar is small but nice, and the draft beer selection is pretty good. They offer flights (limit 2 8% abv or higher). Their staff is always polite, friendly and great at their job. read more

When the best part of your meal is paying the bill so you can get out of there, that is sad. The place is loud. Service? If you are dying of thirst when you walk in, know that you will die waiting for a drink. The H.S. girls behind the counter couldn't be bothered with the whole welcoming smile thing that you get everywhere else. Did I mention it was loud in there, bar, booze and TV - With families sitting 8 feet away, definitely not a good mix. We have been going there over the years, in fact we had been there on Friday 3/19, had dinner as usual no issues. Went back Saturday, and we went into the bar and sat at a high top, no one even acknowledged we where there for 20min , it was nor busy, order pizza and after 20min more asked, and was told it was in take-out by mistake, asked for parmessan cheese, never received. After getting check asked to see manager, he came out to the counter no to greet me in the outer area, when I asked for him to talk away from the counter he rolled his eyes and made faces while walking around to talk, he had an attitude and at that point I decided not to waste anymore time, I paid the check while he tried to BS me as to why he had no courtesy or manners towards customers. He was by far a jerk. Usually our experience there has been week days, but the Saturday staff does not have it together, especially the manager. read more

Best seafood Alfredo I've ever eaten ! And I've live all up and down the east coast in Maine and Connecticut and this will always be my favorite! It's FILLED with scallops and shrimp and lobster (big pieces too!) the pizza is ALWAYS amazing. The spicy fries are the bomb! And there breaded chicken that my boyfriend gets on his Cesar salad is sooooo fresh and juicy and delicious i have never been able to have a bad word to say about this place and although i don't get to go here much, when i do it makes it all the more better service is always great as well read more

Great food great staff and atmosphere. Only 4 stars because they are closed on Sundays and Mondays now which really stinks.

I used to work near this place. I know this place since they just open. Oh Em Ge this place is changed a lot. They are bigger and even have waiting room. Been over 6 years I haven't visit them. My favorite from this place is Chicken Cordon Bleu Calzone. It's a bit pricey for the large one. To me it's worth it but I noticed it's not loaded with their creamy cordon bleu sauce anymore. I remembered you used to give extra sauce on the side and I love dipping the crusty in that. I was going to give 5* because you are actually have the best calzones around here but only 4*. Your waiting time to finish my order way too long. 45 minutes to an hour Isn't even right. Drive all the way from Somersworth 15 minutes after ordering and yet I had to wait another 30 minutes until my order ready. That's a little over one hour and 30 minutes waiting. I love the tuna subs, and this place has the best in the area, but yesterday I actually looked at my bill and decided that based on price gouging, I don't think I will be back on principle. My order: Tuna with lettuce, pickles, onion, cheese, and x-tra hots. Cheese .25, no issue there x-tra hots, (crushed peppers in vinegar) .85 - WHAT? I didn't get the tomato on the sub, far more expensive than these hots and there is no charge, and the hots were normal portion in my opinion but, .85 that is 13.6% of the subs cost ($6.25). So, this is price gouging or lack of proper judgement here. No web site t post this too and I am not calling for this. I hope they change the charges for things like this, I understand cheese price and charge for additional cheese, but to charge that much for something so cheap and when other sub topping choices were not used, lack of common sense there. read more

I didn't even eat here. this is why: We wanted just a couple slices to hold us over until dinner. The cheese were $2.50 and pepperoni $3.00. Now by the time we wanted to order two of each, this would have brought us to $11, which is the price of a LARGE PIZZA! So I said that to the girl and asked, "can we just order a small pizza for $8 instead?". She said yes and sent us off with a hostess so we could sit at a table and have a waitress take our order for that. Sorry, but I'm not into having a waitress at a pizza joint. We went there last night with family. The people who seated us were over the top helpful and gracious in seating our group. The food was very good but unfortunately the service was less than desirable. It was impossible to get service, drinks, drink refills, etc and she seemed very irritated/annoyed with our requests. I have been eating here since 2000 and the food has been consistently satisfying and delicious over the years. Some of the recipes have changed, but still the best Pizza place in the area. The menu has a wide variety of options from salads, pastas, steak tip dinners and of course pizza. The Buffalo & BBQ chicken are two of my personal favorites. I've been so disappointed with Front Row lately... The food is always decent, if they get the order right. A customer should never feel put off coming into a restaurant to pick up an order... Front Row takes it to a whole new level. The 8-12 scowling girls standing a the counter will miserably take you money, leave you to wait for your order... If they remember to call your name. I've patiently waited 25 minutes before for my food all to find out they just didn't call my name. In my opinion Front Row is not worth the money and frustration anymore. You would be better off building your own pizza oven - probably get your food much quicker with far better service. read more
