I returned the machine after only a few weeks. At the start of 2026 I was aware that my deductible would restart and I would need to start paying for the machine. Since I returned it on Jan 12th I didn't think they would continue to charge me. I spoke to several people all who said they would correct my account. Here we are in Feb and still they're wanting to charge me and state they do not show I returned the machine. The customer service reps are less than helpful and would not let me talk to a supervisor. I have tried calling several numbers to get this resolved and still nothing! This company needs to get their crap together!!!!! Healthcare facilities please stop utilizing this company!!!!!!
