I returned the machine after only a few weeks. At the start of 2026 I was aware that my deductible would restart and I would need to start paying for the machine. Since I returned it on Jan 12th I didn't think they would continue to charge me. I spoke to several people all who said they would correct my account. Here we are in Feb and still they're wanting to charge me and state they do not show I returned the machine. The customer service reps are less than helpful and would not let me talk to a supervisor. I have seen them many times and every time the medical team is kind, respectful, and helpful! There are certain things they cannot address, which need a specialist or ER, and like any other Urgent Care or ER. Their visits are long, as they get a hood picture of what is going on, do appropriate tests, and have you talk virtually to a Nurse Practitioner ir a Physician Assistant. They will ask you to follow-up with your doctor.
