Well, my experience started off good. The sleep tech who showed me how to use my machine was great, after that the whole experience with Major medical/Adapt Health was a nightmare! I returned the machine after only a few weeks. At the start of 2026 I was aware that my deductible would restart and I would need to start paying for the machine. Since I returned it on Jan 12th I didn't think they would continue to charge me. I spoke to several people all who said they would correct my account. Here we are in Feb and still they're wanting to charge me and state they do not show I returned the machine. The customer service reps are less than helpful and would not let me talk to a supervisor. I have tried calling several numbers to get this resolved and still nothing! This company needs to get their crap together!!!!! Healthcare facilities please stop utilizing this company!!!!!! read more

They send you items that aren't on your supply list. And don't send the actual items that are on your supply list, every single month! And they argue, yell at you and call you a liar if you call. I've never explained anything quite like it. As a health care professional I would never suggest this company for any of my patients after my experience. The service is abysmal, to say the least. I am disappointed with the treatment you receive when calling to order supplies. The ladies are irritable, defensive, rude and interrupt you constantly. I ordered pulse ox probes for my child 2.5 months ago and call every few weeks for an update. I am always kind and helpful in any way I can. Calling the other provider that they're waiting for paperwork from or any other way I can help to expedite the process. They sound annoyed with me for calling and checking on the status of her pulse ox probes. They don't care about helping you get the equipment you need. In fact, they sound like they could care less. You would think that working in an area where people are vulnerable and their health is at risk, would draw in people with kindness and a big heart, unfortunately I haven't had any positive experiences here. read more

First I want to say I would give Micheal the respiratory therapist 10 stars! He was amazing! He listened, was clear in all instructions and very kind. Thank you, Michael. Because I have claustrophobia, the mask on my CPAP is not working. I called a couple of days ago to schedule a new fitting. I got sent to a voice mail. I left my message and still have not received a callback. I called again yesterday and the phone just rang. Today, I let the phone ring until someone answered. I've been on hold for almost 20 minutes to schedule a new appointment. I've had 2 people come back to the phone, one person to apologize for the wait and the other to ask me for my information again then telling me she will transfer me to a scheduler. My insurance only pays if I wear the CPAP a certain percentage of the time. I hope you don't plan on charging me for the days I can't use your product. Finally, after 29 minutes, I got an appointment... I don't know how you believe you are the local leader? You do not provide excellent service. Not sure if you are understaffed or what but I honestly hope this isn't the kind of service I should expect going forward. read more

Worse than not good. The home store in Longmont was fine, but the customer service on the phone is about as atrocious as it gets. Foreign-speaking person, who has no problem trying to argue and talk over you as you try to explain you've already returned product (not even opened box) that you didn't realize you'd get charged for because you haven't met your deductible yet. So, I return the goods and they still have my money. The cat and mouse game with customer service on the phone has me looking to find a new medical supply company. Please address this shortcoming. Updated review: Major Medical has eliminated the ResMedResuppy option that was working very well. They now don't resupply customers on time, the phone staff is rude and not helpful---AGAIN! Seriously, how can a business be successful with this disregard for the customer. When I called to get CPAP supplies, I told the agent I was due and hadn't been notified. The agent said, "oh well." The Ofer was placed, and I received and email that it was in process. Two days later, I get a call that I had to pay over $300 upfront before supplies would be shipped. I asked for a supervisor and she said, no one is available. Time to leave and post a negative review in BBB. read more

I've been ordering online since I moved from CO three years ago and every single time, I repeat, every single time, there is an issue and a long delay. I figured a medical supply store would be similar no matter the name. I was wrong. Today, I showed up ten minutes before my scheduled appointment. As I checked in, I was greeted by a woman with a very lack luster personality. She was definitely doing me a favor by being there. My sister was a patient registered with Major Medical. She would complain from time to time about them not getting her prescriptions right. Unfortunately she passed away last June due to a fatal asthma attack. Since then, we keep getting calls from Major Medical asking if she needs more supplies despite the fact that we have notified them multiple times of her death. I wish they would get their records straight. It is incredibly disconcerting knowing they cannot keep straight which of their patients are alive or deceased. read more

I'm fed up with the underhanded billing practices. I place an order for the supplies I'm eligible for and pay my bill. Only to receive bills two and three months later multiple times for additional fees. When I called to get clarification as to why I am receiving bills. The customer service agent tells me that I was supplied with items ahead of their approved eligibility without my knowledge and that I needed to pay the bill to avoid collections. I do not appreciate their deceptive practice and will no longer use this company. read more

I was referred to them by my doctor for a CPap machine. When I was having problems I called my therapist for help but could only get voice mail and no returned calls. In addition, they overcharged me and I've been fighting with them for 3 months trying to get a refund. They admit I was overcharged but have excuse after excuse of why they can't issue the refund yet. I have contacted my doctor and asked her not to refer other patients to them due to their terrible service. read more

Awful company. I've been fighting them over bills that magically appear 8+ months later . Finally just paid off the last one after an insurance updated payment to only have them email me another odd amount that makes no sense two months later. I know I ended paying more than I should for I had to point out I was supposed to have paid off the unit 3 months earlier. They finally admitted that but I have no faith in their billing.. I'm done with them... Find another supplier. My last part I ordered was charged anywhere from $110 to 180. But I ordered another later from Amazon for $20. read more

If i could give negative stars, I would!! After I brought my 21 day old son home from the hospital following 2 open heart surgeries to palliate his severe heart defect, this company supplied us with a pulse oxymeter. When we called and said we were done with it, they waited 3 MONTHS to pick it up, CHARGING us ridiculous amounts of money for that time. Today, I brought my 2 year old son home from the hospital after his 3rd open heart surgery. When i ran out of the oxygen the hospital had given us, they refused to bring him more, at 9pm, ( ever just enough to get him though the night, because of the unpaid balance, which, by the way, was my ex husband's debt. This may or may not be illegal, or even unjustified; but it is absolutely inhuman and completely immoral. This company is money hungry and takes advantage of people at their weakest. The negative reviews are a surprise as our experience could not have been better. The respiratory therapist, Eric was exceptional. Eric helped both I and my husband with explanation of our sleep apnea, how to use the machine and the best fitting we could have hoped for the mask. We are sleeping better than ever. The office manager Kim is great to work with and they have us on an automatic call to restock us for CPAP supplies. It is an absolute dream to work with Major Medical. Our prior experience with a national DME company Apria was a total nightmare on every level. A smaller company with outstanding repiratory therapist and customer service. Most people complain but forget to say thank you when service is exceptional. Thank you Major Medical. read more

I have been going through so much with having to go on Medicare and all the red tape. Danny, the district manager is one of a kind compared to the other oxygen supply companies. He truly cares about his customers that need his services. He will go the extra mile to help you get issues resolved and I just cannot recommend him higher. If you have any issues with staff or any kind of problems, don't be afraid to ask for someone higher (Danny is in the Denver area) - he takes your health and your situation very seriously. Right now, I don't know what I would do without him. Many of the staff I have worked with over the years have been wonderful and helpful. read more

First: The Respiratory Therapist-Michael was very knowledgeable, kind and patient in a cpap instruction. Plus, it was a private appt....(and he came to a satellite office which was convenient). My prior experience (w/ another company) was a class-no individual consults with too many different levels of need/pt knowledge... Second: MM billed me but so did my middleman/agent of my insurer so I was double billed! Barbara in accts payable quickly returned my call. The issue appears to be resolved and she said she will help me if any other problems arise. Third: Chris in mgt/ Pt relations/ PR did a follow up call to see if all was well so far. I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback and the offer for help if ever needed....So, so far, so good, Please continue this level of care and patience. Although I am grateful for the equipment they delivered to our home to assist my daughter with her oxygen needs due to an airway disease caused by a respiratory infection, the process to obtain more O2 stickers and subsequent Pulse Ox equipment, which was needed to get her off of the oxygen, has been a disaster. Extremely high amount of customer effort required to do business with this organization. Why Children's Hospital continues to use them is beyond me. Maybe they hold a monopoly in the Denver metro area but if you have to do business with them, God help you. read more

They're fine as long as you don't want to order CPap supplies through them. Almost every order I've placed, once I eventually was able to reach someone, there has been a problem. Mistakes are made and problems occur which happens but the reason for the 1 start is the poor customer support. For a business to have good customer support they have to actually return calls. Options aren't the best in the area for CPap supplies but I would recommend to drive a little farther or look a little longer before going here. read more

Giving this organization one star is, frankly, being too generous. Tonight I brought my 10 week old son home from the pediatric intensive care unit. His only need with a small amount of oxygen to keep him out of the hospital. This organization first gave me an empty oxygen tank for our transfer home. When this was discovered, it took 7 phone calls from myself and my husband plus an additional 4 from the charge nurse at the hospital to the company to get them to bring them a replacement tank for my child. 4 hours of mild hypoxia later, we could have ended up back in the hospital or worse. Following this fiasco they continued to demonstrate terrible organization and leadership by calling us multiple times for the same questions, not showing up for a pickup because our house (which is across the street from a city bus stop on a major road) was "too hard to find" and bring generally disorganized. Do not under any circumstance use this organization if you want to actually receive medical services. read more

I have had nothing but difficulties in dealing with this company. My child has been on oxygen since she was 2 weeks old. If you want to ask a question you will get a different answer from each person you talk too. I had to pay money up front in order to get oxygen for my newborn because they could not provide a reasonable daytime pulse ox test which was supposedly required by my insurance company. I honestly don't believe a word these people say. I think they take the easy way out in order to get paid. They put people between a rock and a hard place. Either I was to pay $225 for my newborn to get oxygen or she would not get it at all because they could not do the daytime pulse ox that insurance was supposedly asking for. What was I supposed to do? On multiple occasions they were unable to find scripts sent over from my pediatrician's office. And the final kicker is a new unauthorized charge to my credit card for $225. This company should be shut down! read more

I agree with Mandi below; if I could give negative stars I would for sure, I particularly found the "humanity" missing from Major Medical and I will let everyone I can know. I needed a $50.00 nebulizer for my asthma which has been particularly bad, I have had asthma for more than 20 years (so I have had a diagnosis for that long) and after having very scary moments in my history with asthma, a nebulizer can make the difference between life and death. I called Major Medical and my insurance to ensure coverage as my old neb died. Both places confirmed my coverage via the phone. Upon arrival at Major Medical they told me they would need chart notes from the doctor above and beyond the prescription I had in hand. I then called my insurance, in front of the office manager at Major Medical, and he stated they did not need chart notes and it was covered. The office manager refused to speak to my insurance on the phone and said, "I do not care what he says, you need chart notes. United Health is not what it used to be so we treat it the same as we do Medicaid. We require chart notes." So I had a choice: go home and hope I don't have a asthma attack tonight, or pay cash for this nebulizer. All this for $50.00? Follow your Mission statement Major Medical some peoples lives depend on it!!!! How disappointing. read more
