I have never felt so sure that my babies are getting the best care as I do when Tammy, Lee Ann, Jacquie, and Michelle are watching them. I schedule them to come 3 times a day and request an update at each visit. They go so far above and beyond what I expected. After EVERY visit I get a photoshoot of my pugs and kitty, and the pictures are so amazing. My husband and I end up laughing out loud constantly! I've hired them for weekend trips, a full week, and twelve days this last time and everything always goes great. Tammy has also helped me out in a pinch multiple times and done last minute visits when travel plans go differently than planned. I had a reservation there for months on a trip of a lifetime I planned for months. A few short days…read morebefore my trip, I was informed of Kennel cough at the facility, but it was too late for me to make other plans. My baby got kennel cough and Come, Sit Stay informed me I had to pick up my dog immediately, but I was out of the country and felt helpless. I'll note they took no precautions to ensure she didn't get kennel cough even knowing she's a vulnerable breed. Only after I said I had no options, they agreed to quarantine my pet, but her conditioned worsened so they shipped her off to a pet hospital where I incurred an over $3,000 bill. My pet could have returned to Come, Sit, Stay after she was out of danger but they wanted nothing to do with it. They gave me a small stipend, which doesn't come close to the money I'm out and when I came to pick up my pet, the so-called manager was defensive and shifted the blame to the pet hospital asking me: "oh, they were't transparent with you?" It was clear they didn't care. Think twice about putting your precious pets here.
