On top of that, after being quickly sat at our table, we waited alone for over 20 minutes before having our drink and dinner order taken. However, once staff realized they'd missed us, they were very apologetic and put a rush on our order. Nice save! Food is very good and reasonably priced. Portions are moderate size, but that's reflected in the price, and many items had upgrade options. The manager came back to check on us and we had a great chat, turns out they have lots of experience in the business, which shows. The venue has only been open a couple of weeks so I'll overlook the service issue, especially after they recovered so nicely. Maybe in a few months they'll have the decor finalized as well. A great new addition to our neighbourhood.
