Then someone recommended Bill's services, which are advertised on the Highland Shoppe's website. It was worth every penny. My pipes are oiled, hemped, new blowstick, moisture trap, bag, reeds, they sound like a million bucks (or as close as my fumbling fingers can get). Bill and Jeanie both treat customers extremely well, very pleasant to talk to. And of course the location of the shop is a bit off the beaten track, but in a very stunning (and appropriate) setting that was really kind of a treat to visit once I was there. Anyone trying to get back into piping after an absence and wondering about the refurbishment service, I would highly recommend it.

This is the kind of place your stylish, arty, fashionable aunt would shop. The one who looks a little younger than she really is, who holds art exhibitions and skews a little eastern on the house decor. So they have tons of cool stuff, cut for more mature bodies and that veers to conservative with higher necklines and long sleeves. They've also got quite the collection of higher-end jeans. Anyways, as with all places like this, there is always something to find for us younger gals. Some of their pieces are ageless, timeless and always gorgeous. Their prices do run in the moderate to high range, but some of this stuff will last you for years!

The most kind and welcoming voice answered the phone and said "Yes, we can fit the belt to your 32" waist, please come on over and we'll let you in." I was fitted up with a belt in no time and also had a most wonderful conversation about life. It was truly a Supreme experience! I would totally recommend this place to anybody. I mean everybody. To any person looking for trousers, dress shirts, ties, belts or socks either for themselves or as a gift. The belt I purchased was a gift to myself. The conversation and connection inside was a gift from something bigger than us. I brought them both to Sam i couldn't be anymore thrilled when he adjusted them exactly the way I wanted and to the length I wanted ( short on the front long on the back) ... Sam took the liberty to even suggest different alterations if I wanted to use the dresses for future occasions which would make them look like a totally new dress. Went to Bratopia for the first time and learned that I have been wearing bras that are much too large my entire adult life!! Turns out under-wire bras are NOT insanely uncomfortable when fitted correctly. I loved everything about my shopping experience here: the warm welcome from the reception staff, Katerina - the very knowledgeable, kind and patient expert who fitted me - was exceptional at her job, the Bratopia selection was incredible with high quality undergarments in a wide variety of price points. I have wasted years wearing ill-fitting undergarments. From now on, I will not shop anywhere else. Could I find cheaper options at the big box stores? Maybe. But that's where I've dropped my dollars over the past few decades and nothing ever fit this perfectly or was this comfortable. Ever. Highly recommend!
