While I didn't end up purchasing anything there, I thought they had a pretty impressive selection to choose from- both for the beutral girlies and more colorful gals. I especially appreciated that when I asked if they had any cotton skirts, staff was able to immediately identify what matched my criteria. They were well versed in what was on the floor and able to pull a larger size from the back of an item I wanted to try. All well organized and tidy. Lots of super feminine looks, which is what I'm after. Absolutely worth a stop by for something not at every store. Prices were totally reasonable too. And not everything was polyester, which is so often the case these days. read more

Great spot for wedding accessories! It was in need of something for my hair and a jacket or some other cover up for going to and from our venue. I didn't know exactly what I had in mind so instead of ordering online going to a store with a good selection seemed like the right call - super glad I came here! I got a very cute fake leather jacket for over my dress and they have a ton of hair pin/clip options - and were very patient while I looked through them all :) In fact, the staff were the perfect level of attentiveness (i.e., left my mum and I to browse and chat until we had questions, and then were very helpful and made sure we were happy with our final choices). The only downside to the store is that it's super small, and therefore can feel a bit cramped when there are more than a couple of shoppers in it. So I'd recommend trying to go on a weekday morning if you can! read more

That's Adorn(eh) - to the tune of That's amore! When my head needs a hat Cuz my hair's gone all flat... There's Adorn(eh)! When my neck is too bare There are necklaces to spare At Adorn(eh)! And so I shop Shoppy-shoppy-shop Shoppy-shoppy-shop Shoppy-shoppy-shop Til I drop Then I head out the door Before I buy myself more Lovely things! Admittedly, I didn't shop until I dropped when I was in there, but I think I could've. Adorn is a lovely little shop in Inglewood smattered with clothing and accessories. Cute jackets and tops caught my eye, as did their assortment of hats. I'm a total hat fiend and I think I tried every single one on the rack. The shop owner, Janine, is delighftully friendly, it's hard not to feel welcome when you're greeted with a sunny smile and a pleasant hello. The store is well laid out, and the items nicely displayed. Prices didn't seem excessive, taking home that hat for around $30 was an especially nice treat :). read more

Adorn Boutique - April 10, 2011 Inglewood Photocrawl - Jewelry Near Me - Calgary, Alberta

Adorn is a sweet little boutique on the Inglewood strip run by a very sweet woman named Janine. The store is delightful with very simple yet chic cocktail dresses, an assortment of hats, scarves and bags and my ultimate favourite, the jewellery. Janine has just moved to this larger location and confided that in selling the most original pieces at extremely reasonable prices is the reputation she wants for Adorn. I actually saw the same jewellery line of Chula at Purr just the other day priced 25% more than what it is priced here. The jewellery chosen here is nostalgic, yet dainty, is fine but extremely elegant. I managed to come away with a fine jewellery box, to keep my adored watch collection. It is so simple yet intricate; it is a three level box that swivels out, presenting the pieces on three levels and can be set much like a geometric sculpture. We spent at least 30 minutes shopping in this store, there were so many wonderful things to see, and we will definitely return for Xmas buying. read more

Such a beautiful clothing store. Filled with the trendiest items, and amazing quality. They have the cutest kids clothes, along with so many dress options for bridesmaids. Gorgeous accessories aswell. read more

I feel upset giving Adorn such a poor review. Their stock is incredible; I work in the area, so this is a stop my colleagues and I enjoy browsing. Everything in their store is stunning, and they also feature local artists and brands that you can't purchase anywhere else in town. My complaint about this store however is that each time I am in there, the staff is very stand-off, and quite cold. I have never been in this store and received friendly service. Perhaps if I received better service, I would feel more comfortable spending the higher prices on their items. Unfortunately at this time, I am neither inclined to purchase, or even browse anymore, as I don't feel like a welcome customer. read more

If you're walking around Inglewood, I encourage all you ladies and even men (looking for the perfect present for your girl) to visit Adorn Accessory Boutique! I'm sure that the window display will catch your eye, but even more so what's inside the sweet boutique. The shop carries beautiful jewelry to match any kind of personality and outfit. I love the way the store is laid out, it's like having your jewelry set out on your very own dresser. I also couldn't help but just fall in love with the bags they carry! Great scarves with different textures and various colours grabbed my attention as well. Keep up the good work Janine!! read more

Adorn is exceptional. There are no ifs, ands or buts about it. Between the selection and the service, Adorn is making huge waves in our city. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that I have YET to receive the kind of service I received at Adorn, in any other competing boutique in town. Janine is truly one of a kind. She's sweet, she's attentive and she's helpful. She's the example of how all store-owners should approach their potential clients. I loved the selection available at Adorn and I've officially become a regular. Thanks for showing 'em how it's done! read more

This is a wonderful, independently owned boutique. There are pricier items (at over $200) and clearance items (that are about $20/30). There are cute dresses, rompers, skirts, shorts, pants, etc. Some sweet accessories too! This place targets women from about 18 to 45 (or, if I'm being honest, about 20 to 40). If you're older than that, finding something is still definitely a possibility. The ownership changed about two years ago, but the name of the boutique stayed the same. Before, the target group was more mature, but now this place targets more of the Instagram crowd. It can get quite busy in here on weekends, so if you're able to, try to stop in on a weekday. read more

Adorn is an adorable boutique on 9th ave in Inglewood, very trendy with the latest fashions, accessories, and some prints/baby gear as well. If you follow their Instagram they share the new items they get in and when they're having sales. I love stopping in to browse their cozy sweaters, find a unique dress for an event or pick up a gift for someone special. I've picked up some great items from here over the past few years and I always get lots of compliments when I wear them. read more

I first visited Adorn about 3 years ago and fell in love with the style of the shop and the product. In the last month, I have come down to Calgary from Edmonton - each time making a special trip to the neighbourhood to visit Adorn, and each time leaving empty handed and dejected. After my disappointing last visit this weekend, I asked if there was a boutique manager/supervisor. I was disappointed to learn that the manager/owner Kari was one of the women in the shop who was talking over my friend and I to her colleague steaming clothes and not paying any attention to what we were looking at and likely to purchase. In the 15 minutes we were in the store, about 6 separate people came in, and just like us, left empty handed. (We were the only two who tried things on). I walked away, thought about it and returned to talk to the shop owner about what a disappointing experience I had earlier that day. She seemed visibly annoyed with me, defended that it was Saturday and it was busy (she was sitting at the computer the entire time we were in the shop - not busy enough for her to be on the floor and engaging customers) and made no attempt at an apology or rectification. I am annoyed that I made a special trip to this street for Adorn and regardless of how cute the product is, Kari appears to not be interested in selling it and pleasing customers. Unfortunate to see in a local business. Next time, I'll go to Inglewood for the pubs and restaurants and to get phenomenal service at the Espy Experience. I'll leave Adorn off my list. read more

Adorn has some of the most unique and gorgeous jewelery in Calgary and is my favorite stop in Inglewood. My mom bought me the most beautiful champagne coloured Swarovski crystal pendant on a 14-kt gold chain as a graduation gift, and I feel like a million bucks every time I wear it (and get a million compliments!). And the best part? The jewelery is totally affordable but completely luxe. Adorn yourselves ladies! read more

The clothes at this place are adorable and unique finds that make the trip to adorn worth it if you have some time to browse or something in particular you are looking for. However I will be buying online from other vendors that sell the same brands since every time I have come into this store I have been treated less than kindly by the staff. The first time I came in with my boyfriend and we were ignored by the three female staff that were preoccupied with gossip and instagram. The second time I was with a friend and was greeted, but then when other (I'm guessing better dressed) clients walked in they were greeted and invited to have refreshments for an event (that we were also there for) and were briefed on the selection of sales that were going on. The staff then proceeded to take pictures of clothing for their social media presence instead of helping the many clients in the store. To top it off when one worker asked another about the return policy the second worker replied with "I don't actually know just say it's no returns or exchanges and we will deal with them later". Very professional and helpful ladies. It's a good thing the cute clothes can sell themselves. read more

My one-stop shop for all things pretty! Before I came across this boutique, I was shopping at the malls but now I can't stop shopping at Adorn. The high-quality pieces found here are great additions to anyone's wardrobe. With a variety of different clothing pieces, you can easily find an outfit for any occasion. The ladies will also help you find exactly what you're looking for, they're all really sweet and kind there. Definitely worth the trip down to Inglewood! read more

Adorn is my favorite accessory store in Inglewood. Janine is the perfect host when you arrive in her store. She is always pleasant and offers a wide variety of clothes and accessories. She is having a HUGE sale right now and everything is at least 20% off! Walked out of there with a few things today. Go and check it out! read more

Great place for accessories, my only complaint is their hours. I wish they were open Sundays and/or at least one night a week other than 7PM on Thursday. For those of us who work (and therefore have $ to spend) that would be mutually beneficial. read more

Super cute clothes and the store is lovely, wish the service matched the decor. It would be great to have more customer interaction in this shop, there are so many beautiful things to talk about. But I found the ladies in the store did not have a lot to say, even with just a friend and I in the store, we had money and wanted to shop! You should not have to beg for a local business to take your money!! read more
