Effective process safe for pets and children, with very little dry time and no large hoses being dragged in through the house from a truck. This process actually lifts dirt and odors out of the carpet vs. trapping or masking the dirt and odors as some other processes do. They listened to me and asked good questions when decisions needed to be made, offering useful suggestions when appropriate.
