I brought a bag of children's clothes to sell and authorized donation of any items not purchased. I…read morewas told none of my items were accepted. Shortly after, one of my exact items appeared for sale on their website even though it had not been purchased from me. When I picked up my bag, that item was returned at my request, but I discovered additional items were missing that had not been purchased or returned. I contacted the business to resolve this. The explanation for what happened changed multiple times before I was told there had been a processing error. Their responses addressed only the missing item and did not account for the item that had been listed for sale online until I pressed for clarification and was given a separate explanation of it being an "inventory issue." This experience left me without confidence in how customer inventory is tracked and handled. If you choose to sell or donate items here, I recommend documenting everything you bring in.

I also found a statement piece lapis ring and a beautiful moonstone necklace with a wonderful history. It is such a charming shop. I even came back to visit on my second trip to Cambria.

The owner is not phoning it in nor relying on detached corporate buying strategies, she has all sorts of unique curios and selected artisan crafts, e.g. I saw several vintage dresses and other clothing, including vintage type handbags, and priced very affordably--I was thrilled to see that she is not marking stuff up to the extent thrifting becomes unaffordable. I spied a gorgeous micro/small satchel/crossbody in hunter green by Old Trend, and to boot, a discontinued style on their site! So stoked to find it an a low price. The cute little dressing rooms and enormous warmth and friendliness of the chatty owner, I shad gotten her name. This is an absolute gem of a place not to be missed. Despite it being a holiday weekend, we found parking fairly easily on the street for free. This is a must to visit, and even if you don't buy anything, it's a masterclass in setting up a little boutique with love.

We did not see the no food and drink signs and my husband brought in an empty metal cup. We were told as the woman walked past us and not to our faces, her back turned to us the whole time, to put it at the front but my husband wanted to hold onto it just to not forget it and my husband even indicated it was empty. The woman then proceeded to loudly talk about us with another worker as we were also the only ones in the store. She said "they can probably hear me talking about them" and said it was rude and she didn't like rude people. We promptly put back the merchandise we had been holding to buy and left the store, she was also singly loudly a song about thieves and jokers and singing get out. Yes we did not see the signs walking into the shop as there is a lot going on in terms of signs at the front of the door so a kind warning letting us know drinks and food are not allowed would have been sufficient. She did not have to talk loudly about us trying to embarrass us to the other worker. This is not even kind or customer care at all. If you would liked to be talked down to and treated poorly this is your shop. Not that it should matter, but I am also a visibly Muslim woman and she was very peachy to other Caucasian customers prior to our entering the store.
