Parking at Bella Terra was very difficult because it was busy and hard to find an available space, but once we got to the restaurant, the location was convenient and everything was close by. The restaurant has a nice open-bar atmosphere, and the service was generally friendly. We ordered the Swole Chick burrito and the Onion Strings with miso ranch. The Swole Chick burrito was fine and we had no complaints about it. Unfortunately, the Onion Strings were very disappointing. They were extremely greasy and soaked with oil, which you can clearly see in the photo I took. They were difficult to enjoy. What disappointed me more was the response when I mentioned the problem to our server. She basically ignored my concern and did not offer to replace the order or provide another solution. I understand that sometimes a food item does not come out correctly--that can happen at any restaurant. What matters is how the restaurant responds when a customer brings it to their attention. A simple replacement would have made a big difference. The atmosphere and location were good, but the oily Onion Strings and lack of response to my concern made the experience disappointing.
