Inside, I saw a young woman on her phone, talking with one hand while scratching her head with the other, and then grabbing aluminum foil--presumably to handle food. Even though the dining room was empty, we could see the large volume of Uber Eats and DoorDash orders, plus many people constantly arriving to place takeout orders.
