Luckily VIC found it and listen to what he did- he found the package I had sent, looked up the address of where I sent my package from, GOOGLED it, called them- and had them relay the message to me that he had found my Drivers License. Not because I dont…read morewant her driving, but becuase all of my past experiences with the DMV have been a pain in the butt... long wait times, rude employees, just an unhappy place... well, they have it down in Carrolton... we did have a bit of a wait, but not that long.. the appointment times really help. I need to give a shoutout to Allison Liles. She was the attendant that assisted us with my daughters permit. One the list of required documents that we needed, the item for verification of enrollment was not on the list. We showed up with way more than was needed, just not the VOE. The Monday of thanksgiving break, no one was at the school to assist us either. Allison worked with us taking screenshots of any and all of the school info we could get for my daughter. Instead of leaving there dejected, and heartbroken, becuase we coulndt complet the task, Allsison made it work. So instead of having a horrible Thanksgiving break becuase my daughter couldnt get her permit, we now have a chauffer to drive us around anywere we want to go! Thanks Allision!

There were no appointments soon enough so I woke up early on a weekday and made a same day appointment at this office. My appointment was at 7:47-I got there at 7:45-and left by 8:15. The whole process was very efficient and smooth. The employees were very helpful and I felt that all communication was very clear. Thankful for a great experience!
