Did not offer to replace the glass at the time, told me to come get my car after they said they tried but it did not work. They texted me a receipt for the work. I never opened the link. Come Monday, the crack split across the entire windshield. I tried to call for warranty info, it is impossible to call a store. You only get the 1-800 for corporate to reschedule. Since I set up the repair via my insurance app, my phone number and email did not work when I called the corporate number. Finally after a few minutes, they found my ticket. They voided the ticket and the invoice to the insurance company and noted "work not performed". This is fraud. I understand not all chips can be filled but to try, break it worse, then claim you never touched the windshield is fraudulent. I have notified my insurance company about this company and location specifically. Many other options our there that are NOT your insurance company's preferred vendor. Think twice with Safelight and this location.

Since he offers mobile service, he came directly to me, which was a huge help when I was dealing with a broken windshield at 9am in the morning. Even though he was very busy that day, JC still made time to replace my windshield when no one else in the area could help me the same day. He and his team worked quickly, carefully, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. JC has nearly 30 years of experience, and he took the time to explain everything, address my concerns, and answer all my questions. His price was also very reasonable compared with the quotes I received from larger companies that morning. JC used my VIN to make sure he had available the correct glass for my 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD. We even compared the manufacturer information on the original windshield and the replacement, and they matched.
