I had shopped around 4 other body shops and I am so glad I ended doing business w/ him. After I told him what's going on w/ my SUV and that I am paying out of my pocket, he was very kind to charge me a very reasonable price. He even saved me some money on the parts that I bought and don't need it after all coz he was able to fix the lower bumper as good as new. Not only he is friendly & approachable, he is also knowledgeable of his craft, such an honest and good hearted man. And bcoz I paid out of pocket, my vehicle was done in 2 days, good as new! I am a very happy customer 100%!! I had a great customer experience w/ Roy's body shop that I ended up bringing my daughter's CRV for repair as well ! Shopped around a bit but most prices were around the same, but I chose Roy and his shop due to a recommendation from a friend plus the fact that they were quick with the quote when I stopped in and Roy himself is very hands on with what's happening, which made me feel more comfortable about the situation. The only reason for a lack of star was due to the communication as I had to follow up with them multiple times to bring the car in to actually be fixed, and initially they were just trying to "get me in where I could fit" time wise and I didn't appreciate that because it required me to leave my car all day. So I felt there should've been that understanding from the get go and not back and forth about it. That was a bit of an annoyance initially but once I got it in, they did a good job and my car looks great. I'd definitely recommend them and go back if I ever had any collision needs again. Thanks Roy and team!
