I booked my appointment through their on-line system and it was beyond easy, got an email instantly and confirmed my appointment. I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and this wasn't a problem at all. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and was told that Kelsey would be with me shortly. The only down side is that there is only 2 chairs in the waiting area and another customer decided she needed the other chair for her purse and coat. However I didn't need to sit down to wait because Kelsey was out to greet me. She took me back and got me set up for my pedicure. She was very professional and even when I told her that my feet are ridiculously ticklish she just smiled and said not a problem. This store is extremely clean, the staff are friendly and professional and to top it all off I got to keep the bottle of nail polish! So happy that this place is close to home so I don't have to make the trek downtown anymore. Can't wait to book another appointment with these great ladies!

Recently I decided I would go to them again for brows as I love the manicures they give and this time I went to the crowfoot location and AGAIN they messed them up so bad. They took off way too much and gave them a whole new shape, with out consulting me. To put the cherry on top I have graduation at the end of the month and I am very disappointed.

I went in wanting a pedicure only, but when I heard that a mani+pedi is just $45, I decided to get both. Its a typical salon with lots of nice asian ladies doing a pretty good job. My esthetician kept talking to me the whole way through, and was nice enough. My toes looked pretty at the end of it, and so did my fingernails. I mean, for $45, you really can't go wrong. Its conveniently located, there is plenty of parking, and you dont need an appointment. They graciously welcome walk-ins, which is great for me because I am notoriously bad at making appointments more than a day in advance. I would definitely be back.

It was painful on my nails. she got short and tight with me ensuring she isn't damaging them. someone walks in wanting to get a wax, so she abandons me and has the other girl finish my nails... she was even worse than the first technician. seemed new and nervous - timid and not confident. the entire manicure may have lasted 10 minutes. they cut my cuticles (horribly) and put lotion on my hands and called it a day.
