You can tell a lot of care and love goes into every smash. The honey mustard was excellent, though I wasn't as big a fan of the ranch (it had more tang than creaminess for my taste). The tater tots were crispy, salty, and had a perfect texture. Hands down, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time--and I travel quite a bit. Service was fantastic. The woman who brought our food (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly sweet and even gave my wife and me keychains as a thank you. Upon entering, it was evident that there was a lack of organization. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unsure of their roles, which led to confusion and delays. While I understand that busy times can lead to stress, the management's inability to effectively communicate and support their team was glaring. Orders were mixed up not just once, but multiple times during my visit, which was frustrating. I witnessed several customers voicing their concerns, only to be met with indifference from the management. It felt like they were more focused on rushing through the orders than ensuring customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, by the time I finally got my Blizzard, it was completely melted.
