Family meal: 12 piece fried chicken with jojos and two sides
    Valerie C.

Really great fried chicken! I know what you're thinking: this is a gas station. Ok, but the chicken is really good! When I gave a piece of the batter to my three-year-old and asked her what she thought of it, she closed her eyes and raised her hands. It looked like a religious experience, and we were laughing so hard. We felt the same way! The jojos (potato wedges, battered and fried) were just as good. Some other potato wedges have an odd texture. These were perfect. The mac n cheese and mashed potatoes were nothing special, and the sauces were ok. Don't bother with the creamy ranch, IMO. But that chicken. My mouth is watering again. Just a note that the 12 piece meal was more than enough for four adults and a three-year-old. We had some leftovers. There are not too many places where we can feed all of us so economically. They also have chicken tenders if bones aren't your favorite to mess with.

    Pizza and chicken tender!

They have random hours and are not consistent. Gives off a gas station vibe more than a restaurant one

I am at this Walgreens a LOT. It's always great when I'm in a pinch. The staff is very friendly…read moreand always helpful. There has never really been a line. The prices are as to be expected for Walgreens; not as cheap as Wal*Mart, sometimes more or less expensive than Target, although the dry foods are generally a lot more expensive than I'd like. The Nice brands do have some good deals, and sometimes there are some decent sales. They do have some really great deals in the cosmetics section from time to time!

I have been coming to this Walgreens for years and years, since they first opened this location. I…read morespend a lot of money here for my RXs and other miscellaneous items, one of them being nicotine replacement therapy (lozenges, gum). The last time I was there for nicotine lozenges, the cashier told me to "just get what I need" from behind the counter (which is not really behind the counter so much as on the back wall near the end of the counter). I stopped in yesterday to pick up a RX and to get more nicotine lozenges. After picking up my RX from the pharmacy, I went to the front of the store and I grabbed some lozenges and immediately placed them on the counter at the checkout. The cashier (wish I had gotten his name) was a super friendly kid and very polite. But out of nowhere some older lady that works there starts ranting to me about how I can't go behind the counter to get nicotine products. She was immediately very rude and confrontational. The nice kid at the register was trying to cash me out but this other worker lady was still ranting at him and at me. I did apologize for my misunderstanding but seeing how the last clerk I had interacted with told me to get what I needed myself, I assumed that was ok. I suggested she let the other clerks know not to tell patrons to "just get what they need". More rudeness and confrontation from the older lady (didn't get her name either), like "WHAT DO YOU THINK I'M DOING TELLING HIM..." blah blah blah. Ok, I admit I was wrong, despite having previously been told I could get my own items, but you don't have to be a colossal jerk about it. A simple "please don't do that" would have sufficed. Way to go Walgreens, yesterday you lost a long time customer that has been shopping your location loyally and exclusively for many years. Customer service has been going downhill at this store for a while now, but yesterday takes the cake. I am currently looking for a new pharmacy, as I will NEVER GO BACK HERE.
