The reason why I know about this place is when I was watching the FIFA finals in my small group, a family friend told me about this spot. When I was here, a lot of the stuff was gone to a convention. But there's still some good things! It's literally the first time I've ever seen some of these consoles, so it's super cool! As you can tell on my profile pic, I'm a Sonic fan. And the little picture of this place is Sonic 2!(GG version) And there was a Genesis!!!!! Literally my childhood dream since I was like, 7! I genuinely thank this place. It's good I thought for a few days if this was a good choice before buying. It's also good I didn't break the glass cabinets. They can also repair broken consoles! It's great that my Genesis ain't broken yet. But we'll have to see. Oh and there was Adventure Time on their tv.

I'm a big Nintendo fan & collector. When I've came in looking for a game title they 8 times out of 10 had what I was looking for. I gave it 8 out of 10 being I'm looking for rare titles. When it comes to the quality of their products & functionality I've never been disappointed every game I have ever purchased from here has worked & functioned like the day it was made. If I ever had an issue with a game they'd always work to reslove it by repairing or replacing my purchase. If you have old discs (Music DVD or Video Game) with scratches that skip they will rebuff it & make the surface look like new & have your disc run smoothly. In close I'd also like to say I've been impressed with their customer services for the past 20 years I have shopped here & will continue to shop here for life. Be sure to like them on FB & tell a friend. https://www.facebook.com/GamesPlusMemphis/ .

I visit 4 or 5 times a year & have gotten at least 30 "just what I was looking for" books & CD's from here. I am careful to buy only items that will be read or viewd more than once, or I would have to buy a new bookcase every year. Staff was quick to answer questions & give directions. May take half an hour (or so) to discover the ins and outs of the entire layout. Entire family should enjoy a visit. NOTE: The Germantown Library Friends Bookstore is smaller, but is my favorite library-related used bookstore in the Memphis area. I visit once or twice a week for all sorts of "modern" books & CD's at bargain prices, and for fine older books which often come up for sale. Have bought at least 150 books there this decade, some of which were absolute steals. It's a very inexpensive addiction.

I never heard back, so I wrote to them in early February. I received a very terse and dismissive response. I chalked that up to COVID which I know has created havoc, as I acknowledged in my emails and VM messages. After waiting a while, I've tried to contact them (very politely) again here in March but have received no reply. I'm concerned that this once great little company is accepting online orders but is out of business, buyer beware. I hope they are all well, you never know these days though... Their customer response line offers to let you leave a message, but then returns to the original answering intro. The call intro says to call back during normal hours, even mid-day M-F. The online site mentions problems with the USPS for the past 2 1/2 months. 3/16/21 update - Sleeve City did contact me today regarding the delays. Upgrading my review today, will continue to upgrade if the order does eventually arrive.

I was a repeat and perfectly kind and good customer, I am shocked at how bad their service was...even though they admitted to having a shipping problem (which they never contacted me about) they basically forced me to go to my credit card company to get a refund ad I didn't want to use their link that my computer identified as a risk. Just beyond ridiculous. DONT GIVE THEM A PENNY! Pathetic Customer Service, and based on their repeated arrogance, its probably the owner.
