He had great energy and was genuinely friendly and personable, and he made our checkout experience so enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how he took the time to engage with all three of my kids. He asked them if they were ready to go back to school and actually chatted with them rather than just rushing us through the line. They loved it, and he honestly made their day too. It's not often that someone makes that much of an impression during such a quick interaction, especially in a store that busy, but Caleb absolutely did. His positive attitude made the chaos a little more enjoyable for our whole family. I really hope the Brunswick management team sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves. Their bathrooms are clean and spacious. Also, the stalls go from floor to ceiling, so you get ample privacy. They have NOTHING but space to move about the gas station, sit and eat, rest, you name it. Whatever you need, they seem to have in a one-stop-shop experience. Pricing ranges depending on what you are buying, of course, but overall it is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Inside is a busy convenience center, the likes of the offerings I am sure your well versed upon by now. Soft drinks, beer, chips, jerky, car stuff, small amount of home supplies, you get the jist. But the lines move well, the service is excellent, bathrooms are accessible and the place is clean.

The salesman, and manager were present when we asked if it was fully refundable and we were told by Sales Manager Amanda that it was fully refundable. We were then told that it would be illegal to not refund it if we asked for a refund. We asked for the deposit to be documented as refundable as well. We decided not to buy the vehicle after the dealer old us the recall was completed approximately a week later. I immediately asked for a full refund. Almost 10 days later and still no effort by the dealership to provide a refund! The first excuse was the accounting person was on vacation. The latest is, they can't issue a refund without calling the card processing company. Complete B. S. Stay away! This place is definitely shady! I doubt we'll see a refund, so...
