The fish was decent, nothing spectacular but not the worse I've ever had. Ebi was chewy. Overall taste was just mid. Friendly staff. The lunch deal was pretty worth the price, $14 for a bento box with a nice assortment.

Ask for uncut roll of any kind. Eat like a burrito . Very delicious. Ordering again soon.

Waiter served a quantitative reasonable glass of wine. Softshell crab roll was delicious and was the Sashimi Delux. Do not order the shrimp fried rice. It's only four or five shrimp atop fried rice with with green onions. It's horrible to be honest. Compare it to the laziest person you can think of being made to do something they don't like doing. This is too nice a restaurant than to have someone in the kitchen who doesn't give a damn what he or she serves to people paying money to eat here. The waiter saw I ate the four shrimp and left the entire plate of rice that did not have any flavor. However, he did not bother to ask me whether I liked the shrimp fried rice or not. I'm sure they can do better. Maybe fire the person who makes the fried rice!!!!

Great looking venue, with good service. I initially thought it might be takeout only because they had this tiny window in the foyer. I walked inside and sat at the bar to order. I ordered the bbq salmon roll. It was assembled as advertised. I may have made my selection too quickly because I wasn't entirely satisfied. I was just here for takeout of a little bit of sushi. I'm looking forward to trying out the yakisoba and other items.

The restaurant was clean. Enjoyed the music lightly in the background. Wait staff was friendly. The food was very very good. I had the Tiger roll and steak hibachi. Tara had the shrimp hibachi and tuna nigiri. The portions were generous.

Got it delivered via DoorDash, so I can't talk about the ambiance or the service. The food was prepared so well and was so delicious! Packaged well and order was exactly perfect. Chopsticks and lots of soy sauce included. I will definitely order from them again and will have to check out the restaurant in person

Crab roll and spicy tuna -- not great

I haven't been to Friday Tuna since the pandemic but had a craving for their chirashi bowl as I remembered it being really good. Not sure what happened but it was ok at best. Their crab roll was almost not edible -- it was warm and way too much Mayo. Also the dressing they put on the salad was WAY too sweet and don't let me get started on the fried rice -- yuck! Get your act together and maybe I'll try again but today you definitely failed.

Went in on a Monday evening with my friend. Place wasn't busy at all so we were seated immediately and didn't wait long at all for our drink orders to be taken. They have regular tables as well as hibachi, but we didn't do hibachi this night. We took a few minutes to look over the menu and then we ordered. My friend ordered an appetizer of oysters (Grilled Cajun) that were amazing!! We snacked on that until we got our sushi. Being that I love sushi, I don't know why I haven't come here sooner! I'm not exaggerating when I say that was some of the best sushi I've tasted. My friend ordered the "amazing roll" and the "Cordova roll ." She loved them both! I ordered the "aryana roll" and the "rock and roll." I enjoyed both of mine as well, but my fav had to be the "rock and roll." Overall, it was all BOMB! Good customer service as well. I cannot wait to go back! I'm pretty sure I've found a new favorite sushi place!

I'd say this place is a pretty good, on par sushi spot. I have a few friends who live near here who love sushi and Menchies which is right next door, so when we're in town it's a must-go. Sadly things are a bit more complicated now that we're in the dawn of Covid, but before it got too cold we thought we'd try getting takeout and we're pleasantly surprised at how easy/fast it was despite if being what is usually their prime time dinner spot. They gave us to-go portions. They don't have any outdoor seating, but the menchie's nearby does, so if you're doing a sushi + yogurt combo like we were, it's a pretty good bet!

Absolute flavor bomb--savory, buttery, and loaded with that classic hibachi magic that makes you keep saying "just one more bite"... about 12 times. 10/10 would absolutely demolish this meal again. If you leave hungry, that's honestly a personal choice.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and we got our food with a quick turnover considering how much sushi our table ordered. 3. The prices here are VERY great. You can get very affordable sushi here. 4. They were open when neighboring sushi restaurants were closed. (Midday between lunch & dinner) That said, there are no frills here. We got the very basic sushi which were $4.99 a roll (!!!!) or 2 for $9.99 and that came with a miso soup! We tried: cucumber roll, California roll, spicy crunchy crab, and spicy California roll. They were all priced within that price range I mentioned and we were happy with nearly everything. Know that when they say a cucumber roll-- it's literally JUST cucumber inside rice & seaweed. I did not expect that and wouldn't get that one again. Also, the spicy sauce that came on their spicy rolls was overpowering in a bad way. Next time I'll get it on the side or without the sauce all together... you just couldn't taste the sushi or anything except the sauce. (And there was way too much sauce on it, IMO.) All in all? We'd come back again. My daughter really loved the artwork on the walls of the restaurant so huge kudos to whoever did the art inside because it really is breathtaking.

I had to add my name to their waiting list through the iPad in the front desk. Real quick and simple. We were seated within 10 minutes. The service is very different than usual. They explained us that once you look at the menu and are ready to ordered to buzz on the right hand corner and a server would come and take your order. The appetizers and ramen were very delicious. The broth had a lot of flavor. The place is very uniquely decorated. Just like a bee hive. Honeycomb nooks with tables and not comfy seats though. But I liked the ambiance and decorations! Exceptional customer service but the flavor of food left much to be desired…read more My husband and I came in today on my birthday and ordered a couple of Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu bowls along with the deep fried gyoza dumplings as an appetizer. The gyoza dumplings were absolutely phenomenal. The sauce on top was delicious. They were perfectly crisp and overall the flavor will bring us back! The ramen bowls, whilst both were ordered with black garlic, one arrived with black and one arrived with white garlic broth (you can tell the difference by the flavor and the color of the broths in one of my uploaded pictures) The dark garlic bowl was by far better than the white garlic bowl. The white garlic broth was very fatty (there was a separated layer of oil on top) and was very bland in flavor. This in conjunction with the fact that there was absolutely no sort of sodium available whether through a sauce form or in the form of a salt shaker or something on the table, made a majority of the bowl inedible for me personally. The chashu pork was very good, the egg was nothing special, the other additions to the bowl didn't do much to aid it. At the end, I did try my husbands broth and it was a lot better than mine was and would've changed a lot of my feedback about my bowl. We also ordered the passion fruit drink from Tbaar and it was absolutely AMAZING. I will absolutely be back to grab this drink over and over again. The ambiance inside was great. We loved how they have the entire place set up, they're very fast to come to help when you press the button. You are otherwise not bothered at all. There's a ton of seating options. It looks really cool in there and the little booths have a curtain separator so it feels really private, which is nice. We will be back, we will probably just bring some salt with us next time.
