I am…read morea small Business owner and have multiple packages shipped weekly via UPS and I'm not always home to get my packages immediately after they've been delivered. So shipping here seemed like the most logical thing to do initially. I live a good 30 min from this Center but ITS SO WORTH IT!! I knew I could go to a closer UPS for pu. BUT I CONTINUE to come here and ONLY here for my deliveries for my business!! Dawn has ALWAYS taken care of me and makes me feel SUPER special!! I'm beginning to think she does that with everyone though.901 (as they call it) receives all trucks early AM around 8. Just a quick backstory. Their team Dawn included have to PHYSICALLY unload the trucks out for ALL 901 packages & bring up front for customer pu. Let me just say AGAIN!! STELLAR MAGNIFICENT OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They always have a smiling face and willingness to help!!!. They've even gone as far as to pulling my boxes if I happen to come in before they finish pulling the boxes!! WOW!! Thanks guys!! I can NOT sing the CS UPS counter enough!!! Back to WHY I come here vs my items being shipped you ask??? CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I COME BACK TIME AND TIME AGAIN JUST TO SEE THEIR SMILING FACES AND POSITIVE OUTGOING WILLING TO HELP AND EVERYONES POSITIVE REFRESHING ATTITUDE!! Great way to begin my work days! As someone who has worked in various…read moreaspects of customer service throughout my life, I genuinely can't believe the experience I had with such a large company such as this. I urgently needed assistance with a package that was time-sensitive and medically necessary, essentially an urgent situation. Moreover, it was paid for "2-day Air" shipping and was expected to be delivered today. I spent hours on the phone with this person or another, but once I finally reached someone who was actually human and domestic, I was even more disappointed. This representative "CANDACE," was extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed determined to make my situation even more stressful and frustrating. She worked harder to be as unhelpful and disrespectful as possible than she would have if she had even attempted to help in the slightest. Supposedly her supervisors name is Reagan- who knows if that's accurate seeing as she completely negated to give a direct answer to a single one of my questions. To top it off she had the nerve to actually hang up on me. For the duration of the call I was never unreasonable, threatening, or disrespectful. Mind you, this representative had no idea about my medical needs or situation. Despite being well-informed that this was medically urgent and time-sensitive, she somehow felt inclined to be incredibly ill-mannered, inconsiderate, inattentive, and so on. During the call, we attempted to merge it with another associate I had informed her I spoke with (who had shown some manners and attempted to assist) to clarify the conflicting information I was receiving. However, she misleadingly provided me with a phone number for another associate, whom appeared to be one of her work buddies, "Angie." This was not the intended course of action. This "Angie" was equally unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me or answering my questions so that I could speak to the previously helpful associate mentioned, she abruptly stated, "I'm hanging up now." Apparently, she was so inconvenienced and annoyed that she couldn't be bothered to continue the conversation. Consequently, I was left on the phone with just Candace, where I continued to receive nothing but terrible service and was ultimately hung up on AGAIN. I could continue to elaborate on all the details of how awful this experience was, but to conclude, I was ultimately informed that my package might or might not be delivered tomorrow (Saturday) or possibly Monday. Thank you, UPS, for exacerbating an already stressful situation and managing to disappoint beyond belief.
