Let me just say I have been coming to the UPS Customer Service at 901 S. Portland for Years!!! I am a small Business owner and have multiple packages shipped weekly via UPS and I'm not always home to get my packages immediately after they've been delivered. So shipping here seemed like the most logical thing to do initially. I live a good 30 min from this Center but ITS SO WORTH IT!! I knew I could go to a closer UPS for pu. BUT I CONTINUE to come here and ONLY here for my deliveries for my business!! Dawn has ALWAYS taken care of me and makes me feel SUPER special!! I'm beginning to think she does that with everyone though.901 (as they call it) receives all trucks early AM around 8. Just a quick backstory. Their team Dawn included have to PHYSICALLY unload the trucks out for ALL 901 packages & bring up front for customer pu. Let me just say AGAIN!! STELLAR MAGNIFICENT OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They always have a smiling face and willingness to help!!!. They've even gone as far as to pulling my boxes if I happen to come in before they finish pulling the boxes!! WOW!! Thanks guys!! I can NOT sing the CS UPS counter enough!!! Back to WHY I come here vs my items being shipped you ask??? CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This UPS location provided absolutely horrible service. As someone who has worked in various aspects of customer service throughout my life, I genuinely can't believe the experience I had with such a large company such as this. I urgently needed assistance with a package that was time-sensitive and medically necessary, essentially an urgent situation. Moreover, it was paid for "2-day Air" shipping and was expected to be delivered today. I spent hours on the phone with this person or another, but once I finally reached someone who was actually human and domestic, I was even more disappointed. This representative "CANDACE," was extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed determined to make my situation even more stressful and frustrating. She worked harder to be as unhelpful and disrespectful as possible than she would have if she had even attempted to help in the slightest. Supposedly her supervisors name is Reagan- who knows if that's accurate seeing as she completely negated to give a direct answer to a single one of my questions. To top it off she had the nerve to actually hang up on me. For the duration of the call I was never unreasonable, threatening, or disrespectful. Mind you, this representative had no idea about my medical needs or situation. Despite being well-informed that this was medically urgent and time-sensitive, she somehow felt inclined to be incredibly ill-mannered, inconsiderate, inattentive, and so on. During the call, we attempted to merge it with another associate I had informed her I spoke with (who had shown some manners and attempted to assist) to clarify the conflicting information I was receiving. However, she misleadingly provided me with a phone number for another associate, whom appeared to be one of her work buddies, "Angie." This was not the intended course of action. This "Angie" was equally unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me or answering my questions so that I could speak to the previously helpful associate mentioned, she abruptly stated, "I'm hanging up now." Apparently, she was so inconvenienced and annoyed that she couldn't be bothered to continue the conversation. Consequently, I was left on the phone with just Candace, where I continued to receive nothing but terrible service and was ultimately hung up on AGAIN. I could continue to elaborate on all the details of how awful this experience was, but to conclude, I was ultimately informed that my package might or might not be delivered tomorrow (Saturday) or possibly Monday. Thank you, UPS, for exacerbating an already stressful situation and managing to disappoint beyond belief. read more

This facility enters false information into their shipping timelines. They are dishonest as a rule. They say it is out for delivery when it is not. They say there was a weather delay when there isn't. They say my package is "preparing your package for clearance" which it was not and would have no need to be cleared. Every day a new lie is posted. Strange how this does not happen with a package of socks, but a small package worth $500 ...poof disappeared, with a new lie every day. Just horrendous people. I left McNellie's in Oklahoma City at 12:44 pm to get back to work. Plenty of time. However, the UPS driver decided that it would be a good idea to park right behind me and block me in. When I tracked her down, she was in the Subway restaurant. She decided to tell me that I could just go around. I'm like I can't because you are parked right behind me. Than she proceeded to tell me that it was her job and that I was not that important. She also thought threatening me was a good idea. She kept saying that she would lay me out and that it was no big deal. I'm sorry, I don't work for her and where I work, I am a big help there and I would like to keep my job. read more

I was expecting a package from Apple and while out for a walk in my neighborhood I saw the UPS truck with a female driver and female rider. I expected to find my package when I returned from my walk but no package. Got on the website and found that my package had been delivered - the driver even included a picture that wasn't usable - but it certainly wasn't to my address. Search through my immediate neighbors but still no package. Finally, after numerous calls to UPS i was able to speak with the local dispatcher who was able to direct me to the address where my package was - clear at the other end of the street a couple of blocks away. My address is clearly displayed on the front of my house and isn't even close to the address where the package was delivered. Today I happened to encounter the same delivery team in my neighborhood and stopped to ask them how it was possible to be so wrong on the delivery. At first the driver explained that it was some other drivver - "We have a lot of drivers." I explained that I knew it was them - I'd seen them right before the delivery. At that, the driver very sarcastically said that she "hoped I'd get my next package" and a couple of other sarcastic remarks. The team member then slid the door shut and they took off down the street. As I got back to my house they came around the block, saw where i lived, honked the horn and then took off again. From the sarcastic attitude and their obvious attempt to see where I live, I'm fairly certain my next delivery from this pair wont go very well. I would really like to speak with a local representative for UPS but this was the only way to contact you. I wont give UPS a bad review because normally I receive great customer service. However, this team does not represent your company very well and could use some additional training in customer service. read more

If I could give UPS zero stars, I would. This facility is the absolute worst when it comes to reliability, honesty, and basic customer service. The drivers here are either too lazy to do their jobs or are actively encouraged by their useless supervisors to LIE about package delays. read more

My package was originally supposed been delivered for 11/17 and changed to 11/20. No true updates but that it would be delivered by 9pm. Called customer support at 930 and rep stated driver is behind schedule yet nearby. Called back at 1148pm still no package and rep stated it was back at the distribution center. Escalated to management and ensured me a follow up from my local distribution center. Received a call at 718 from a RUDE employee stating had to call me. She stated it will be delivered today and when I was in was in the process of asking about an estimated time frame she disconnected. I truly believe that this one star rating fits my experience. Ughhhhh...UPS is only tolerated because we have to tolerate them! read more

UPS driver apparently can't read...Due to porch pirates in my area I have a large sign on my front door requesting deliveries to be made to the rear. I am on a corner & the door is just around the corner of the house with easy access,,No fence. I was no more than 10 feet from the front door. Been waiting all day & at 6:01pm I got an email stating delivery had been attempted at 5:58 pm...A door tag had been left stuck on the door next to the request to deliver to the rear...Driver didn't ring the bell or even knock..... It's after 6pm Saturday so no one will answer a phone & the 800 number is a computer.....LAZY DRIVER WHO CAN'T READ NEEDS TO BE REPLACED !!!!! read more

Zero stars if possible! Marked our package as "business not open" and never delivered that package. Opened an investigation and they closed it. No matter what if you need help tracking a package and it says it's delivered and it says it was delivered to a human at my address and it wasn't, that's what it says! try to get a hold of a human, that won't happen even if you have a tracking number you are going to have to go online and deal with it. If you use this service be prepared to overpay and deal with everything yourself. You are going to pay for a service you absolutely won't get. read more

Got a notice that they were about to deliver a package that is already a week late yesterday at noon rest home to get it because of its fragile nature on way to set for 7 hours before they let me know they weren't going to deliver it yesterday... I waited on a package to be delivered between 1:30 and 3:30. I watched the truck on the tracker come into my area and drive right back out well after 3:30. Still no package. Now the truck has been sitting on Portland ever since. I would like to know where my package is now that it's 5:46 when it should have been in the truck that was in my area between 1:30 and 3:30. I have been tracking the truck all day and have security cameras that show every bit of the front of our property so no they did not deliver anything. read more

I guess they are ok for domestic shipping but heaven forbid overseas shipping . I shipped a box to my family in the Philippines and their customs was holding my box for duties and taxes . Repeated attempts with UPS customer service was futile. Ups kept saying they would call me back and not to worry but eventually the box was deemed abandoned. I know it wasn't ups fault in some of it but they should have better communication with their partner countries. read more

I regularly use this UPS service center to ship and receive parts, every employee I have met there is very kind and helpful. They try their best to streamline your process for you, I can just walk in and grab my packages then leave no hassle. The workers there will also help you if you haven't shipped boxes before. I've asked them a lot of stupid questions and I feel like they responded with very professional and knowledgeable answers. I had a package that was to be delivered on 2/18/2021 from the UPS center on S. Portland in Oklahoma city i was told it could not be delivered because of weather. so i asked for them to hold it for pickup on the same day. only to have them to call me back an hour later to tell me that they cant find it. this is now 2/22/2021and still no package. FEDX or DHL has never lost anything i sent out or that was sent to me. but UPS every time either way. read more
