The restaurant itself is pretty small and tight, so it was definitely on the louder side with everyone sitting close together, but it wasn't unbearable or anything worth complaining about. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. The croissant itself was buttery and flaky, which I liked, but overall I wasn't very impressed, especially for the price. It just felt like something I could make at home for cheaper and probably better. One of my friends ordered the waffle though and said it was the best waffle he's ever had. He liked it so much that he ordered a second one, so that's definitely a positive.

All of the staff was super friendly and the coffees were fantastic. I got a basic drip coffee with skim milk, but what took it to the next level was their house-made syrup. I did a mix of vanilla and caramel. The store itself is so cute and surprisingly huge with both indoor and outdoor seating and multiple floors. I will definitely be back.

Gavin apologized and did a refund but i was surprised that he didn't offer to make things right but offering me something else as it wasn't my mistake and I had to drive all the way back to return the salad to get a refund. I don't blame him at all and I was wondering if this is managements policy ? Again I don't wish to knock Him at all as he was super busy at lunch time and mistakes do happen. I would agree with other reviews that the portion might be a bit smaller for what you are paying for, but it was still very nice to support a local business that meets the needs of so many who are limited in their choices otherwise. Sadly, I found plastic packaging in my food. My friend also mentioned that her latte came out cold instead of hot, which was disappointing given how cold it was on this particular day. Overall still a good experience and would like to try again! Just a little hesitant for now!

They also have milkshakes, energy drinks, tea, and bottled soft drinks. Seasonal drinks such as fall spiced cider are offered too. This is located just inside the blue entrance from the parking garage. If you arrive at the main entrance you'll have a short walk to your left. Lakota has no seating but the hospital has some comfortable chairs nearby.
