My husband researched, figured out what truck we wanted, and negotiated a great deal by way of phone calls and email. We received a great quote and then went to the dealership in person. Everyone that we dealt with (Rudy, Gio, and Luis) were fantastic. We never felt pressured and didn't experience any of the usual "hard selling" or questionable tactics that you think of with car sales. This was truly an enjoyable experience, and I have nothing but good things to say about Toyota of Clovis. And we actually paid the exact amount that we were quoted and drove away in a beautiful truck! But Phil was calm and spent time to answer my questions about my battery warning issue. Seems he has nailed the importance of this small but huge aspect of customer psychology. For me, it's this initial contact that usually seals the deal in the decision to take the next step. Felt very comfortable after speaking to Phil that they would take a good look and confirm what I was experiencing with the car. Most people nowadays are reading up on the symptoms with AI, and a good shop imo assumes this interaction. Phil gave me a very reasonable quote and confirmed my hunches were on track. Took the car in first thing in the morning and spoke with a gentleman (maybe the owner) who took my report . No one rushed me, which is key for me. I understand that time is money, but so is trust. For most people, this is won or lost in the first conversation. It's tough because people are just not happy to begin with when they staring down a hefty bill, no matter what usually. EA Service nailed it. Felt totally comfortable the whole time that the car was in good hands, and they did why they said. Period. The price was below the initial estimate which was nice. Phil also did not up-charge me for a battery he ended up getting/needing from the dealer. Extra nice. For a first time experience I was very pleased, and I am pretty skeptical when it comes to shops generally. Compared to other experiences Phil and the shop hit every mark. Extra points for communication, which again is huge. Gave me back a clean car fixed right. Earned my business, and can't say enough about Phil, who if you read the reviews, is clearly a huge factor in the customer experience. Super good guy and communicator. Thankfully, I brought it in when I did, because I learned my wheel could have come off if I hit another bump. The team fixed it quickly and thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. Since then, I've returned for other services, including when my A/C went out. They handled it swiftly, and I really appreciated the shuttle service while my car was in the shop for two days. The trust and peace of mind this shop has given me keeps me coming back, not only for repairs but also for my regular maintenance.

WARNING!!! I highly recommend people think twice before…read moreusing this auto shop. I initially brought my car to get the brakes checked out, they were squeaking and also the check-engine light was on. We paid for the diagnostics check and their initial diagnosis showed a small leak involving the purge valve and the motor mounts were bad. I agreed to have the brakes and motor mounts replaced the same day, which I still believe the motor mounts were still ok. The very next day, the brake warning light came on so I immediately contacted the shop and brought the car back. They then discovered that they had ordered the wrong brakes. During the second visit working on the brakes, we had them do a smoke test also to look for the small leak, which we paid for, they told me there was no leak anywhere to be found and everything was fine. I don't know why but they took it upon themselves to start looking for other problems they could find with the vehicle. With no authorization from us. Apparently, they were testing modules under the drivers' seat and not telling what else because they told me the seat had to be removed to test them properly. They also blew a fuse. I had to get back to work after 3 hours of waiting. As I was about to drive away, I had trouble. The car would not go in reverse or forward, finally it jumped into reverse which worried me and then I switched it to forward and it did the same thing just jerking back and forth and all the warning lights came on the dashboard. I immediately called the shop and returned the vehicle to get looked at, I was then told that I had a bad alternator and that the vehicle cannot be driven, that I would have to have it towed home or leave it overnight. Now I am really doubting this business, because I had just gotten back from the bay area and I had no problems whatsoever. Only now after they messed up the control modules and they didn't even bolt the module box back on. Third visit. I got the alternator replaced, and later that day the engine light came on warning about worn brake pads, Unbelievable. So, I made another appointment to look at the brake problem. Fourth visit. I was told there was a bad sensor either pinched or rubbing against something. So, as they were fixing the brakes they did another smoke test to find the engine light problem. This time it is a charcoal canister leak. At this point, I decided I was done bringing my vehicle back. I have spent nearly $4,000 at this shop, and I originally went in for a squeezing brake and a check-engine light that initially showed a small purge-valve leak. After all the repairs and charges, the fourth diagnosis was still essentially the same as the first diagnosis I received when I initially brought my vehicle in. Despite paying for multiple diagnostics and repairs, my vehicle still has the check engine light on. This is especially concerning because I was charged for repairs based on the diagnoses provided, yet the original problem has not been resolved. I do not recommend this shop based on my experience.

I had the vehicle towed in and Brian took care of everything. The diagnostic was done extremely quickly and he kept in contact with the warranty company. Communication with me was amazing every step of the way and I could not have asked for better service. A short time later the transmission went out, nothing to due with the first repair. I again had it towed to Mann's and they took care of everything from the moment it was towed in to the day I got the vehicle back. Communication was excellent and Brian advocated for me with the warranty company. I can't say enough good things about Mann's. They have great communication, are reasonable priced and are honest. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends.
