Each time I visit with my client at 201 OCR, we order from or eat in this little gem of a cafe in their building.

We tried a mix of drinks and pastries starting with the Nutty Shakedown which was rich and smooth with a great pistachio espresso flavor. The mango matcha dream was a standout and a great first introduction to matcha, light, refreshing, and really enjoyable. For pastries, the double chocolate cookie was warm and indulgent, the pistachio croissant had a strong authentic flavor, and the lemon bar was bright, sweet, and easily a favorite. We ended with the organic berry refresher which was super refreshing and a perfect way to finish. Overall, a great spot for coffee and treats with a seasonal menu that's definitely worth checking out.

No fault to the coffee shop, but make sure you're aware of the parking lot entrance and exits. I did show about 20 minutes of closing and felt bad but was dying to try their coffee. The server didn't seem too thrilled, but she was able to make me a delicious coffee. I ordered a Creme Brulee shaken espresso and a lemon bar, both absolutely delicious. I would like to come back to try their morning breakfast specials.

From the moment you arrive, you can tell this is not just a farm stand -- it's a Long Island institution with heart, history, and soul. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, especially compared to the rush of everyday life. Whether you come on a quiet weekday or a busy weekend, there's something comforting about walking through the grounds, seeing families, kids, couples, and longtime locals all enjoying the space. It feels wholesome in the best possible way. The produce and baked goods are where Kerber's truly shines. Everything feels fresh, thoughtfully sourced, and seasonal. Their fruits and vegetables are vibrant and full of flavor, and the baked goods smell incredible the moment you walk inside. The pies are legendary for a reason -- flaky crusts, generous fillings, and that homemade taste that's hard to find these days. Apple pie, crumb pie, pumpkin pie -- you really can't go wrong. Their donuts and breads are also standouts, perfect with a cup of coffee. Speaking of food, the prepared items and snacks are another highlight. Whether it's sandwiches, cider, or small treats, everything feels made with care rather than mass-produced. It's the kind of place where you end up buying more than you planned because everything looks (and tastes) so good. What makes Kerber's Farm especially special is the experience, not just the products. Kids love seeing the animals, parents appreciate the open space, and everyone seems to slow down just a little while they're there. It's a wonderful spot for a family outing, a relaxed afternoon stop, or even just a quick visit that turns into a longer stay because you don't want to leave. The staff has always been friendly and helpful in my experience. Even when it's busy, they remain patient and welcoming, which adds to the overall charm of the place. You can tell people take pride in working there. Kerber's Farm isn't trying to be flashy or overly modern -- and that's exactly why it works. It's authentic, comforting, and deeply rooted in the community. Whether you're coming for fresh produce, famous pies, or just a peaceful break from the day, Kerber's delivers every single time. If you're on Long Island and haven't been yet, this place is absolutely worth the visit. And if you have been before, you already know -- Kerber's Farm is the kind of place you keep coming back to. While I don't always expect an overly cheerful greeting, the service was very plain and lacked a smile. Even when I mentioned it was my first time, the staff seemed indifferent. I ordered an egg and cheddar cheese biscuit and a small coffee with sugar-free French vanilla and almond milk, which came to $15. I also picked up two mini pies for $14. The breakfast sandwich was okay, but for the price, I expected more cheese and a bit more flavor. However, the mini pastries were absolutely delicious! I would 100% come back just for those. The store itself was very clean.

They have a huge free parking lot and the inside decor is very clean, modern, bright and beautiful. This would be a great place to grab a bite and/or drink while catching up with a friend or even to study. After browsing their many choices, I settled on a pistachio frapp and the turkey and cheddar sandwich (with avocado added for additional cost). Everything on their menu looked good and if you're a pistachio fan like me, they have a decent amount of pistachio items on the menu. Prices seemed on par with what a cafe would charge though I felt the croissants were a bit on the pricier side. The frapp was good though I wished it was sweeter and had a little more pistachio flavor to it. The sandwich, especially with the added avocado was a little on the smaller side but absolutely delicious, fresh and filling. The staff member that helped me with my order was very nice and helpful, even updating me why my drink was taking too long (they had made the wrong size initially). After you place your order (they have a free rewards program also), you're given one of those devices that vibrate when your order is ready. I noticed they have a drive thru (definitely will try this one day!) which is great for those times you don't want to get out of the car, are in a hurry or have a little one in the car that's napping or something. I definitely want to return in the near future to try other menu items!

My only disappointment was the pesto, tomato and mozzarella sandwich. There was barely and tomato's on it and the one that were was tiny. I think I'll stick to the drinks here.
