She walked me through the process before scheduling me. From start to finish, he made the entire carpet cleaning process an absolute breeze. Jorge was on time, efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He even let me know as soon as he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain everything in detail. He also told me about the pet treatment and carpet protectant options, and after he explained the benefits, I definitely decided to add those services! The attention to detail was incredible, and the difference in my carpets is AMAZING. They look and feel brand new! I honestly didn't realize how much of a difference a professional cleaning could make until I saw the finished result. It's so refreshing to have a technician who is knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Jorge went above and beyond, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. SoCal Steam Clean has officially earned a customer for life and will absolutely be my go-to carpet cleaning company from now on. I will also be recommending them to family and friends! Pablo from Triple Fresh Solutions cleaned a whole bunch of stuff in our house today. Rugs, sofas and chairs, pillows, various fabrics, tiles, and grout. Things like that. We are 100% happy. He communicated well in scheduling the appointment, kept in touch, arrived when he said he would, and did a fabulous job. He was polite, intelligent, and capable. I cannot think of anything about his work or his business that is anything but the best. Since living here we have contracted with various other deep cleaning businesses. All of them were OK, but Triple Fresh Solutions was more than OK. They were great, or should I say he was great. We won't try any other company in the future as long as he is still in business. I spent some time studying the machinery he had in his truck. Extremely high tech. I'm kind of an engineering nerd and i always look at machines and machinery. His machinery was amazing, and to my eye looked much more sophisticated than what I've seen in other vendors' trucks over the years.
